Personally wish I had avoided...awful communications from them and make sure you read any contract FULLY as they certainly don't tell you everything you will be signing but certainly will hold you to it. This is based purely on interaction with Lancing branch.

FacebookI cannot thank Robert and his team enough for the sale of my house, it was a very long road but we eventually got there. The service I received from all the staff was fantastic and I couldn't of asked any more from them in regards of updates and request, always a very friendly service and a very professional attitude. I have to personally thank richard wetherall as he had to deal with a lot from me but was always cheerful and his optimism always surprised me � I can honestly say after all our chats I'm going to be sad not to talk with him anymore though I doubt from Richards part it will be responded � can't thank your team enough for everything thanks Rik

Never responds to any complaints. Properties are always a mess and they will rip you off. Keep a close eye on your deposit. They aim to claim that too. Remember the Property Ombudsman will always help

GoogleWe purchased our new property through Robert Luff: I wish we had used them to sell. Dave King in the Goring branch is fantastic. I never leave reviews but can honestly say that he tells it as it is. There's no typical estate agent jargon. I felt more confident in Dave as the agent that I was buying from than the agent we sold through. My recommendation to anyone, sell through the Goring branch using Dave. He's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. More so than the other Worthing agent that we used to sell!!!

Not very helpful at all. Spoke to one of their mortgage advisors who said will email the forms I need to submit for them to review as we are interested in one of their properties, no email received. It’s been 5 days now. No callback whatsoever.
