From start to finish, Natalie was helpful and supportive, and managed to get an offer on the property very quickly. And again the second time when the first backed out, and they had prospects lined up both times almost before we were even on the market!
The entire sale was a trial in itself for reasons beyond mine and Robert Luff's control, but throughout the extremely long and stressful process Natalie was helpful and supportive and I couldn't have asked for better in getting the sale through.

GoogleWe had to sell my mums park in lancing as she went into a home, from the start Natalie and the team couldn't do enough for us. Once we had the property was ready for valuation Natalie came and gave us a fair guide price. We ran everything pass mum as here mind is still ok and Natalie even came to the nursing home and explained everything to mum. We liked the fact that Robert Luff don't operate on percentage just a fixed fee, which because Natalie and the team did ALL the paperwork ( as a solicitor is not required for a park home) was a little higher than normal.
We had fantastic communication sometimes a 3 way conversation with family and myself, nothing was too much trouble.
Within a very short time we had viewings, and within 2 weeks an offer which we accepted. We had a bit of a delay as the lady buying hadn't completed her sale yet.
On a personal note to Natalie, we sort advice regarding our property which has been on the market some time and she has given some extremely helpful guidance. Thank you so much for everything.

On initial valuation the team were extremely kind and passionate about our house. They listened to everything we had improved and made sure to emphasise this on viewings. It was refreshing to have an agency so dedicated and knowledgeable about a property they are selling. Due to failed onward purchases etc it took a bit longer to sell, they never gave up and even helped us find an amazing property. If you are looking to sell I would recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and when viewings take place I would recommend Jane to hold them as she could sell sand to the desert! GoogleNatalie dealt with the sale of our house in Shoreham, She came round for an introduction and valuation, she was very attentive and professional, we agreed for her to sell our house and we signed the agency forms, this is when it all changed we had very little interest in the property in the first couple of weeks and no contact from Natalie. We then had a couple of viewings one of which we did as the buyer wanted to view on a Sunday and they do not work on Sunday so we were doing what we were paying them to do. After another couple of weeks when phone calls were not returned and emails not replied to we went to the office on a Saturday to complain about the lack of communication, the agent in the office was apologetic and seemed surprised at her lack of commitment and said we would get a phone call from the branch manager on Monday, no phone call was received. After a couple of months a buyer was found and all proceeded relatively smoothly but most of the information we received was from Gary Evans the agent for the property we were buying he informed us that contracts had been exchanged and other details like this before Robert Luff did.
Robert Luff great until you sign the contract then they seem to want the commision for the least amount of work that they can do.

Robert Luff have to be the worse company that I’ve ever dealt with. I telephoned them about a property advertised to let in Tarring and spoke with the lettings manager. I was told that a couple of people had been seen by the owners but no decision had been made about their suitability for the property. I asked to be kept updated. After a couple of days I again contacted the agents and asked to speak with the lettings manager, as he was the only person who was dealing with the property in question. I was told that he would call me back in an hour as he was out of the office. No call back. Over the course of the following 5 days I phoned them 3 more times and was told that he was either on another call or in a meeting. 2 weeks later I still have not been called back. I emailed the company director to complain 7 days ago and have not received any response from him either. An annoyingly, unprofessional and disrespectful company.

GoogleWe used Rob from Robert luff to sell our home. From the very start it was problematic, we had an extremely demanding buyer who wanted to create issues at every given opportunity. Despite buying the property off market we were constantly made to feel that we had to appease their demands and in hindsight we were given questionable advice.
Acting as our agent Rob actually aggravated the situation on multiple occasions by constantly calling us asking the same questions over and over again. When he didn’t get the answer he wanted he would then call the other party in our family to only be given the same answer. He made no attempts to help us resolve arising problems and in fact my partner ended up having to liaise with the buyers agent directly (my other half should have got the commission!) as Robert Luff failed to do to.
Unfortunately the communication from Robert Luff was very poor and it made the sale extremely stressful from start to finish.
When we did complete we heard nothing from Rob not a phone call or a text to say congratulations or anything else. Took their commission and never heard from them again. Yes our house sold but it left a bitter taste. Wouldn’t recommend Robert luff.
