GoogleWe've just remortgaged again and only survived the process thanks to Julie Taylor. I can't recommend Julie enough, she definitely goes the extra mile to make the process as simple as possible. We've always been thoroughly satisfied with the service we've received and will continue using Julie to receive mortgage advice in the future.

GoogleUnprofessional franchise. Total shambles. I had an offer accepted,only to find out week after that they took more offers after mine was already accepted by the seller. Now the whole office plays 3 monkeys. What a shame what estate agents do for extra 1% out of 5000!!

GoogleAlex Simpson, Tim Hahn and the rest of the excellent professional team at the Acomb branch of Reeds Rains have been brilliant in finding me a new tenant who has moved in today. I had a poor experience with a larger agency prior to this and it is refreshing to be dealing with a local company where everyone in the team is fully briefed about my property and has supported me fully throughout this process. I recommend them highly.

GoogleI received the valuation of the property this morning 12th June which Angie Stancer valued for probate on 10th June. She was sympathetic and understanding at this difficult time and was pleasant and helpful she remembered showing me the house originally when we purchased it from Reeds Rains and I would use her services again should I need to in the future.

GoogleUnanswered phone call after unanswered phone call to them. Eventually getting through only for them to misbook a viewing then cancel twice and fail to re-arrange. No answer to repeated voice mails and emails and to top it all the Twitter account is protected! I've given 1 star because I cant give the minus which is what they deserve

GoogleContacted Reeds Rains to value our house. Angie Stancer from the Acomb office rang prior to arriving. Arrived on time and was friendly, professional and helpful. I didnt feel under any pressure or rushed. She respected the fact that I just wanted a valuation at this point. If/when we sell I would certainly go with Reeds Rain. Would definitely recommend them.
