I would like to leave a 5 star review for Tim Hahn and the lettings team at Reeds Rains, Acomb. From start to finish the communication has been excellent. Tim and the team have been professional, helpful, friendly and very approachable. I would highly recommend them to any landlord or potential tenant. I recently entrusted Tim with two properties to let out, and both were let on the first day of viewings. Thank you to the team at Reeds Rains.

Great service from Tim Hahn and the team at Reeds Rains. Tim showed me around a rental property and was very friendly and ensured I had enough time to ask questions and I didn’t feel rushed. When it didn’t work out with that property he checked what area I was looking to move to and informed me of other properties in the area so I was able to arrange a viewing of somewhere nearby quickly and efficiently, which I managed to obtain with Tim’s guidance through the process. Very pleased!

I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Acomb to anybody looking to sell their home in the near future. All the team did a fantastic job selling our home recently, in particular Eve Plows who saw our sale through from start to finish. We had a long and difficult journey with our house sale due to repeated issues lower down the chain. Eve went above and beyond for us time and time again to secure new buyers, even managing to sell our house without it needing to go back on the open market. Her communication was excellent, both with us and with the rest of the chain and their legal representatives, and she kept us well informed every step of the way. We’ve always had a really positive experience with Reed Rains. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We used them to sell our house and got a good offer in a matter of days. We also used them to buy our first house in 2018 and even as a buyer they were excellent. We were kept in the loop throughout the process. Myself and my partner have recently completed on a house which Reeds Rains Acomb were selling. The process itself had lots of bumps in the road but I wanted to write this review to thank Eve Plows personally for how she has helped us with our purchase. From the start, she was very personable, giving us lots of assistance and advice above and beyond what is typically expected from an estate agent with a seller. We have worked alongside Reeds Rains for over a decade, particularly with the Acomb branch recently. They manage properties for land lords that have rented properties in the area as well as the estate agency side of the business. Alex and the team at the Acomb branch are always a pleasure to work with. They deal with requests from land lords and tenants in a quick and efficient manner and are always available to resolve any issues.
