Thank you to Kyle and the team and Reeds Rains for helping us finally get our sale over the finish line. Ours was quite a protracted process with a series of timewasters making offers and pulling out, but the team here were instrumental in helping us pick ourselves back up each time and showed a genuine passion for finding us the right buyer and seeing it through to the conclusion. What you get here is all the experience and Kudos of a well established estate agent, but the small family feel that Kyle and team bring to the branch. Recently purchased my beautiful home with the team in Acomb, dealing with Shannon Johnson. Shannon and the Team were so helpful, they had lots of knowledge regarding the local area and answered all my questions. Shannon was able to make viewings at short notice and handle the purchase efficiently and without issue. I would just like to praise the wonderful staff at Reeds Rains Acomb, with special stand out mention to Estelle. We all know how frustrating the conveyance process can be and when trying to juggle busy work schedules as well as try and chase and progress solicitors this can become extremely trying. Estelle has been with me every step of the process providing advice and assurance as well as chasing and progressing my sale and purchase. It's comforting to know that I have had someone to rely on at my busiest times. Estelle has been considerate and understanding to my pressures and has gone above and beyond in acting as a comprehensive liaison, making sure that I have had someone fighting my corner every step of the way. We can't recommend Reed Rains enough for finding a property to let. We had viewed a couple of properties but nothing was quite right. Then after being let down twice by another agency, we came across a property that Reed Rains was just about to Let, and the other agency hadn't turned up to the viewing appointment. Rachael showed us the property, liased with the landlords and within a couple of hours we had found our new family home. Rachael was excellent, she kept us up to date with everything, made sure everything was in order before she went on holiday, so that when she returned it was a smooth process to sign all of the documents and pick up the keys. We can't thank you enough Rachael, you made what could have been a stressful process, feel so easy and simple, just what we needed with a newborn and a toddler!

We were very impressed with the mortgage advisor, Emma Stewart, who works at Reeds Rains Acomb. Not only did she find us a good mortgage deal, but she helped to chase up progress on our purchase for us, and helped us photocopy our documents for the solicitor!
