Eafield & Maple have been a great support in finding my new home, quickly and effectively. Personal, supportive and friendly from the first call through viewings, referencing and contracts, they are always happy to help and be flexible when changes are needed (such as adding a viewing at short notice!). What made the difference to me was the willingness to answer the phone (and call me), keep me updated and not hide behind emails. Paul, Libby and Hermione are an excellent team and I recommend them to anyone house hunting in the local area.

The team at Eafield are great. We've had one of our houses rented through E&M for nearly a year now and they've always been fully supportive of both ourselves and the tenant, have always been friendly and professional to work with, and their network of contacts for getting repairs done has meant zero stress for us. For any landlords that want to take the legwork out of managing their properties (and at the lowest commission rate locally), I'd strongly recommend contacting Paul, Libby, Hermoine and the crew.

Have been really helpful in finding me a house were I'm allowed my dog and have got application through swiftly I wrote a review serval years ago which show the company in a bad light and this is not true I wrote the review in anger without a proper understanding of the situation and this is not a fair description of the company I 100percent take my last reveiw back and would definitely recommend efield and maple to people looking for a rental property
