GoogleBeen a tenant for 3years currently and continuing tenancy at another property under Eafield as theres no other estate agent better. Ive always dealt with Paul and Hermione and Libby on the odd occasion, and all are brilliant. Even though i can be a royal pain, they have the patience of a saint!

GoogleEafield & Maple have been managing several buy-to-lets for me for many years. More recently they have also handled the sale of my properties. They provide a very professional service and their charges are extremely reasonable. Communication is always good and very quick to respond. Any issues or problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently by Libby, who is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Paul has a wealth of knowledge of the property industry and always offers honest, solid advice. I can highly recommend this company.

GoogleRented through them for over 4 years and never had any problems. Always happy to help, and nothing is ever too much. Great communicators with landlord and ourselves. Unfortunately the landlord had to sell, but the support offered by Paul was second to none and sincere. Highly recommend renting through these!

GoogleI would under no circumstance will ever recommend to anybody who is not white or British with foreign sounding names to ever use this company. They took my details and every house we asked about was rejected for no reason. Racist and prejudiced company, stay away, disgusting behaviour!!!!

What a pile of entitled rubbish, you were never successful because we have so very few houses and so very many people looking, we sadly decline many people without reason simply due to demand, this said we reserve the right to reject any person based upon their entitled attitude and I suspect this may also play a part in your success finding a property elsewhere. Apparently you’ve not even viewed the houses you’ve applied for either, perhaps therein lies the problem. Good luck with your hunt I suspect you will need it.

GoogleI cannot fault Libby, she's always been so polite and professional. We've had a few teething problems with the house and I know she's tried her hardest to sort them out for us. I knocked a star off just because the house wasn't clean on the moving in day, and there are outstanding jobs, which hopefully will be done this week. But the office staff have always been lovely and I would recommend using Eafield and Maple.
