Paul was fantastic throughout the whole process. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was answering questions, arranging viewings, or offering honest, helpful advice. His commitment and knowledge made everything stress-free.
Laura was equally brilliant. She was always quick to respond, super organised, and made sure everything moved smoothly behind the scenes. Her communication and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind, and she was always approachable and willing to help with anything I needed.

GoogleJust been to view 2 properties with paul. The first house was OK really but the bath was so badly stained you could clean it for 2 weeks and still be unfit to use. I asked if they were to replace the bath but unfortunately not. On arrival to the second property I got as far as the front door to find the electric box coming away from wall so I put my finger around the edge and was rudely accused of putting my fingers down the back of it and trying to pull off wall. I informed paul that that shouldn't be in that state to be let. He replied with its OK if you don't put your fingers in it. Are you stupid to put your fingers in electrical items. Well no paul my finger never went behind the box. But no property should be let in that state in anybodies eyes. As yes it is very dangerous.
I told paul he had an attitude problem. But no apparently it was me with an attitude trying to stick my fingers into something dangerous that shouldn't be like that anyway.
Agent very very rude.

Julie, you walked in to the property and put your fingers down the back of an electric consumer unit whilst I was stood at your side. Quite accurately as you say here in your own review, I told you not to put your fingers down the back of the electric consumer unit because you might of electrocuted yourself. You then proceeded to tell me that you hadn’t put your fingers down the back of it, if youd hadn’t put your fingers down the back of the consumer unit why on earth would I have told you not to?
My attitude then changed when you claimed I was lying and you hadn’t put your fingers down the back of the unit. Call me a liar to my face and you’ll get the same level of contempt.
The good reviews come from the good service and delightful people we deal with daily, not the keyboard warriors who think Google is weapon to us as they see fit. Good luck with your friends search for a property.

GoogleI have been letting houses through Eafield and Maple for over twenty years. I hope that speaks for itself. Paul and his team are thoroughly trustworthy, dependable and professional at all times. They always keep me informed of any problems but always deal with them efficiently with little input if none from me.
I have also discovered over the years they treat the tenants in a similar manner. They certainly don’t fit the negative stereotype that most people have of letting agents.
If you are looking for someone to manage your property in the Hyndburn area I can thoroughly recommend.

Start to finish was an extremely stress free process.
The house I rented did have its quirks at times and required assistance from the agency with repairs etc They were always responsive in a timely manner and acted straight away, while keeping me updated throughout and getting the issues resolved.

GoogleI arranged to view a house with Eafield and Maple and was shown around by Paul who is fantastic at what he does. Less than a week later I was notified that the landlord had accepted my application and I was able to get the keys. I lived there for almost 2 years but unfortunately the house had some issues. This was no fault of Eafield and Maple who went above and beyond to try and rectify these problems but the landlord wasn't cooperating. Paul and the rest of the team helped me find a new home to rent and reassured me that everything would be okay, even during out of hours. They were right. I have been here for over 6 months and I couldn't be any happier. My landlord Ben is by far the best out there and I honestly can't thank you all enough. I highly recommend going with Eafield and Maple if you're looking to rent!
