FacebookShocking service, communication and feedback! Was promised the dream by Duckworths, turned into a nightmare! Too many issues to list here… but fundamentally they breached my contract with them. Took my sale to another local estate agent and they sold my house within 24 hours! Just shows what a decent show can offer!

GoogleAlways seem to want more is my experience bought three houses from these guys and two had higher offers a week or so after my offer was accepted Just find it very strange how it happened on two exactly the same way

GoogleWas more interested in the buyers needs not ours. Yet we are the ones paying the fees. Would never use again and have warned friends and family to give them a wide berth.

GoogleRubbish. Made an offer on first house which was accepted they then took another offer and got us gazumping. 2nd house they didn't keep us honestly updated, lead us to think the vendors had a house to move into and days before we found this not to be the case. We have now been left with two bills to pay at the solicitors.

GoogleI was walking along and saw some properties in the window which caught my eye. Having viewed already with other agents in the area, I have never had an experience like this. What lovely people and Suzanne could not have been friendlier or of more assistance to us. She bent over backwards to deal with our queries. Thank you 😊 …

GoogleAs first time buyers me and my partner were inexperienced and in need of guidance from a property expert. Cliodhna from Duckworths made the whole process stress free and bent over backwards to help us find the right property in the right area. I will recommend Duckworths to all of my friends and family and really can't thank them enough.
