Rebecca and her team in particular Dominic were very patient, professional with their guidance on the marketing strategy and outcome, given I was not from the area. They kept me updated regularly and from offer to completion the process took 3 weeks and was smoothless.

GoogleDuckworths kindly dealt with my house sale. Whether it was James, Rebecca or Lyla, they were all capable of dealing with enquiries and actions. Which is reassuring to know that their systems and processes are capable of this. I certainly never felt passed over.
They provided good advice on pricing, how best to deal with offers and seamlessly dealt with mutiple viewings.
During the course of the sale Duckworths, provided regular updates by both phone and email. Commenting on interest, No of enquiries, views on line, whilst also providing feedback post viewing.
They are also good value for money. I used their recommended solicitors, too, who were also efficient and good value.
I would certainly recommend their services.

I sold my house with duckworths, it wasn’t an easy ride, after falling through near completion duckworths were already on the ball and re sold it again within a week. I was very stressed throughout it all it was very traumatic ( maybe a bit dramatic ha but had a lot on at the time ) and Leanne Caitlen and Harry were absolutely fabulous they kept me calm and re assured me throughout. I have dealt with other estate agents before and since then and nothing has compared to the level of professionalism and help they offered. GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Duckworths as a first time buyer. From the moment I enquired about a viewing both Rebecca and Lyla were really helpful. They kept me up to date on things from the seller's side, communicated with my solicitor when necessary and were very proactive in their approach to make sure I completed before Christmas. Lyla was wonderful at my viewings and was very accommodating as I needed to have two additional viewings and she was always happy to help. Terrible company. They list properties inaccurately or that they're not taking viewings for. I enquired about a property in Great Harwood at the end of May and was told they weren't taking viewings for it as it was under offer. There was nothing on their website to this effect. Two months later, the same property is still on showing as available with no chain. Again, nothing to say it's under offer, or sold subject to contract, so I submitted another request on 30 July to view it on 2 August. Duckworths did not even have the courtesy to respond this time. This is not an isolated incident either. I enquired about a property in Darwen in April and apparently this was being sold privately by the owner. Why was it listed it on their website then? I also enquired about another one in Rishton, but was asked was I aware that there was a sitting tenant in it? Of course I wasn't, as they had neglected to mention this important piece of information in the listing. Three enquiries at different times with different offices, but all with issues not disclosed on their website.

GoogleUsed Duckworths to sell a property, I found communication’s dreadful, called them on several occasions, no answer, sometimes I got a call back sometimes not.
We never even got a call of congratulations on completion, only an email eventually, inviting me to rate them on google!
Potential buyers on occasion would say this or that was wrong and needed fixing, Duckworths were briefed on what work had been done though this didn’t appear to be communicated to buyers!
We did sell the house but I think the house was valued straight off Zoopla and needed a realistic reduction to sell it.
I wouldn’t use Duckworths again, I feel they were understaffed and poorly trained.
