FacebookDuckworths at Burnley have been amazing throughout a very long process of selling and buying due to no fault of their own. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly during the initial valuation and provided us with lots of information. Leanne has been fantastic. Nothing is too much to ask and she has been proactive and helpful along the way. Her friendly, positive attitude has really helped and supported us during some stressful times. We can’t thank both Daniel and Leanne enough.

Absolutely shocking estate agents... I left work early last Thursday to view a property.. waited 1hr 30 no show.. as I got the last slot 5pm I could not contact them anyway. Re booked for a week later same again. 1st excuse was they was at wrong property. Same Street name different town? I said the town I wanted.... second excuse was they emailed me last week to cancel on Thursday... zero email zero call zero nothing. Avoid like the plague. Disgraceful. Useless and rude. 4hrs plus I missed working . Shocking I will never use or recommend to anybody. Lier and very unprofessional.

I wouldn’t have given any stars had that been an option! The initial valuation and the interaction with the staff at the Burnley team was great; they said they would do all the viewing and their speed at communication was good, however, this changed after a couple of months. It soon became apparent that most weekend and all after office hours viewings were mine to do - I was not told of this during our meeting. Communication was very poor, I had to do all the chasing for information and even when I sent emails, many of these were not replied to. I requested a couple of changes, one to the description of my outside space - this took way too long to happed and the other was to remove the advertisement board as it didn’t seem to serve any purpose other than to advertise the company, this took months! When I eventually did sell, I came home to find the board back up with a sold sign on, they did not ask if this was okay. I was unsure of my ‘dedicated agent’ but as time went on I was given to a new team member who seemed to be very inexperienced, he then moved to a division in a different county and my account moved with him. I would not recommend this company - their sale pitch does NOT match the reality of their service.

From the initial visit with Debi, to arranging viewings and discussing the progress of my sale, everyone I had cause to deal with was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you to Debi for arranging the incredible photographs and drone images. They were outstanding! Thank you also to Christine and Rebecca who kept me updated throughout. My ideas were listened to and I was also offered their expertise and advice regularly. The sale went so smoothly and they kept me informed and updated throughout. I would highly recommend Duckworths. FacebookThank you to the Accrington branch for the quick sale of my mother in law property, even though there was a few hiccups. Had so many different agents through out contacting us. As this was our first time selling a property we were not sure if this is what happens. Was kept informed through out the sale until near completion then we heard nothing from them. I was informed by our conveyancer that the sale was completed on the date it did complete and could I drop the keys the day before at Duckworths. I did so and the gentleman was unaware of the completion date. I don't really know how it works but the sold sign finally went up 1 day before the completion date and only because I kept getting on to them. They did apologies for this error. Thank you so much for your service.

GoogleThe staff (Rebecca and James) are super helpful, they keep you up to date, get back to you quickly with queries and provide excellent service. Viewing times are always available at the times you need and the staff who show you around are lovely. Best of all they sell fast and help you with the solicitors as much as possible!

GoogleMassively unprofessional 😭 Made arrangements to view a property in great harwood. We took time of work and they just didn't turn up. No phone call, text or email. If they did not want to do 5pm why say they would be there at 5pm? We will be black listing them!

FacebookI can not praise & recommend this estate agent more, they made the sale of my house so easy and stress free, they kept me well informed, listened to me and helped ease any worries the whole way through, if I was transferred to another branch they they were more than happy to help and gave me the time needed. Special thank you to Chris & Michelle at the Accrington branch! Highly recommend and the cheapest quote I got too….thank you so much for everything! It was worth every penny!

GoogleVery poor. Arranged block bookings in work time , my daughter tried to ask for a viewing after 4pm and they refused. Shocking that people can't view outside of their working hours as they can't always get time off work

The market is incredibly busy and we want to allow as many people the opportunity to view our quality properties as possible, rather than on a first come first served basis. We also go above and beyond after working hours to accommodate people who can't view during the day, sometime these slots are filled way in advance or our team members may have personal commitments those particular days.
