GoogleIt’s not easy to relocate during the Pandemic, but Simpsons helped us to make it so smoothly. Adam recorded an online video and negotiated price for us. Matt helped us with the transaction, delivery of furnitures and offer us with a lot of useful information about life here. When we arrived here, our new home is already waiting for us. We would like to express our gratitude to them and recommend them to anyone who may have similar situations like us.

GoogleI would really recommend Simpsons if you are considering moving house. They actually sold our property twice, firstly just prior to COVID which fell through due to the pandemic and then subsequently which went through without a hitch. Throughout this process, Simpsons were extremely helpful and not in any way pushy. They kept us up to speed on the market and worked around our schedule for visits during a very tricky time. After offers had been accepted, Simpsons were invaluable at chasing all parties and giving us updates. I would certainly recommend! Thank you to all of the staff at Simpsons!

GoogleWe recently bought a house via Simpsons. I found them to be great negotiations, very responsive. The process of selling and buying is complicated enough with a small chain, and the team was easy to get hold of and aware of the latest status of our case. We were never left waiting or having to chase any of our requests. Even after moving in, they were extremely prompt and helpful with additional queries we had for the former owners. Even outside office hours they were working to move things forward. Stuart leads a great team: efficient, helpful and committed.

GoogleDue to the recent and ongoing property boom, we ended up taking our house off the market as there were too many buyers (most of them with cash) chasing too few properties and we just couldn't snag a property, however, Simpsons were absolutely superb all the way through the process. They're billed as a "family" business - a term often thrown around - but their attention to detail, care and duty to the client, honesty, and general friendliness really bore this out. once the market cools, we'd be delighted to retain their services again.

Very good advice on pricing due to a deep understanding of the local market led to an offer well above the recommendation given by other agents. Particular praise goes to Sales Manager Matt, who went above and beyond to get our complex chain through to exchange.

GoogleI didn't feel like a customer and felt, at times, direspected. They need to think about how they portray themselves in a competitive market. It is very easy to lose a customer to another agency that will be more proactive and considerate.
Hi David, I have spoken to the staff that handled your tenancy move in day, it is a shame you have chosen to leave this review before we've had the chance to resolve the issues you have raised. Some of what you have asked for is not possible in a rental and while we understand your frustration, we have to work within the confines of what the landlord instructs us to do.

We were kept up to date throughout the sale with Stewart calling us every few days informing us of how things were progressing. Easy to deal with, up front and honest. Wouldn't hesitate using him again and recommending him to our friends and family.
