GoogleWe recently sold a property with Simpsons and bought a new house with them - I would definitely recommend! The whole team were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Stewart was great at the start explaining the service, Adam and the other sales agents were very proactive and approachable during our sale and property search, and then Matt was just an absolute star in ensuring everything went through smoothly. GoogleMatt was tireless at keeping on top of developments throughout the chain and helping to resolve issues as they came up. He understood that we had some critical deadlines and we always felt he was motivated to help and on board to get us where we wanted to be! Matt and I worked as a double act for several days of constant calls and emails to get exchange and completion over the line in a short timeframe and we would never have achieved it without his perseverance and expert management of solicitors and other agents. His professional and friendly attitude meant that they answered his calls and emails even while everyone else got radio silence! His experience and insight meant he was also able to decode situations where we felt we were stuck- knowing what was probably happening behind the scenes. The support we had from Simpsons was invaluable and absolutely exemplified the difference between this level of service and cheap competitors. GoogleAfter meeting with a few different estate agents we knew straight away that Simpsons was the one for us. They took the time to talk us through everything and nothing was too much. Stewart, Matt and Jake were always there on the end of the phone or email to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly they were, and we felt they really cared about working with us to work out what was right for us. GoogleThe team were very helpful throughout the process of buying our first home, from viewings to making an offer to exchange and completion. In particular, Adam was very helpful and accommodating in the early stages, and once we had an offer accepted Matt became our point of contact. He was extremely helpful and available for any queries - he assisted in chasing our conveyancing solicitors, and managed to point out potential delays in the process even before our solicitor. GoogleWe’ve been trying to sell our house for nearly 4 years on and off and so this last time we decided to try a different agent. Our neighbours had used simpsons and spoke very highly of them so we decided to get them a try. They were extremely professional and sold our house within a 2 week period. From then on we had a dedicated member of the team who was keeping us updated through the whole sale process. I can’t praise Matt enough, his constant chasing of the chain and communication was second to none and he’s amazing at his job and has the patience of a saint! GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent in Abingdon and surrounding areas, then look no further than Simpson's. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. We initially chose Simpson's because of their friendly, professional attitude. They quickly achieved a buyer, more than meeting our expectations with efficiency and full transparency. They kept us up to date in real time with developments. Our sale wasn't all plain sailing, we hit a few brick walls and a few offers fell through last minute - but this was no fault of Simpson's. Stewart and his team are unflappable and go the extra mile. Their local knowledge of the property market in the OX14 is impressive - one of the many benefits of using SImpson's is the fact that they are all from the area and know it inside out. We were in our house in time for Christmas, and and we are now looking forward to many more happy years in our new home. Thank you Matt and Stewart and all Simpsons!

GoogleGreat estate agents! We didn't market our house with Simpsons.. but my how we wish we had! Stewart and his friendly team dealt with the sale of the property we bought, and were honestly great, always on hand, knowing what needed to be done and when.. if it wasn't for them I think our sale and purchase probably wouldn't have gone through. I would definitely recommend them,..and although we don't plan on selling soon.. Simpsons would be our first choice of estate agent! These guys know their stuff!!

GoogleWe had several viewings with Simpsons who helpfully would recommend houses coming on the market as they new our scope and together we found our perfect home! Whilst we (regrettably) hadn’t listed our house with them for sale, we quickly realised how fantastic they were at focussing attention on our chain to ensure completion. We encountered a variety of challenges and Simpsons were brilliant at keeping our chain together, progressing and reassured. After experiencing buying from them, we absolutely know who we’d go with if we ever decide to sell! Excellent service from Matt, we felt he genuinely cared and was honest throughout the process. GoogleWe sold our family home through Simpsons in March 2018. From the very first enquiry to the day of completion we were made to feel important. Nothing we asked was ever too much trouble and our particular needs were listened to. They were extremely professional at all times, but were also approachable and understanding. We let Simpons handle all of our viewings and received excellent advice and feedback throughout. We also viewed several properties listed for sale with Simpsons. They took the interests of these vendors very seriously and were professional and honest when showing us around. Our sale fell through once and the staff at Simpsons remarketed and found us another buyer quickly. We felt like they made our transaction a real priority. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Well done Stewart and team - you have a lot to be proud of.

It is always very disappointing to get a review of this nature. Ai-Linh - I am very sorry that I came across so poorly when we did business together in 2018. From memory I re-call your property was down valued by the mortgage company and this was the start of the difficulties we encountered. If I could have rectified this I would have but it was the banks decision. I do recall our conversations becoming a little heated and understandably so given the mortgage company thought the property had sold for too high a price. I completely understand your frustration.
