Matt's professional and friendly approach to viewings was a breath of fresh air and Stewart's advice and communication pre and post sale was great. Stewart was available whenever he was needed and chased all solicitors until the house was exchanged. I would happily recommend them and use them again when needed. Good luck in the future guys!

We would recommend and use again. We used Simpsons to sell our property and were also buying a property from Simpsons so it made sense for us to use them from a speed and ease of communication perspective. Stuart and Matt were very responsive to our initial enquiry, fees were competitive, and communication was very good. From initial contact with Simpsons, to photos, to house sale, it took a grand total of 5 days. Through a complex house purchase, Simpsons were outstanding and I would highly recommend. Their communication was excellent throughout a prolonged purchase, allowed multiple visits to the property whenever we requested, and also gave sound advice as and when needed.

I can not rate Simpsons Abingdon highly enough. From the first meeting and valuation through to the sale and completion, they were first class! Stewart, Adam and Matt were brilliant and were always available to answer my questions and any worries I had. They kept me informed of the sale every step of the way. I went with Simpson's because I had heard they were good, and a family run business. I wanted to rent my flat so i got in contact and was introduced to Joe. The idea of putting our house on the market filled me with dread, the endless clearing up for viewings and the length of time it would take. Right from our first introduction and meetings Stewart and his team gave us every confidence in them. We had an amazing experience with excellent communication all the way through our process. Organisation of our initial set up, photos, survey and measurement was simple and always at our convenience. Viewings were regular, as were the updates, we sold very quickly and most of that i put down to the hard work and diligence of the entire team. Once sold we were again kept informed and communicated with professionally and timely right through to completion. I would not hesitate to use Simpsons again and can't recommend them highly enough, they made a potentially stressful process all that easier for us. On Stewart’s advice, I opted for a ‘viewing event’ to market my house. The appointment slots were quickly filled and I had an offer for the full asking price the very same day, that I accepted. While the ‘chain’ was in place, due to a very incompetent legal team acting for one of the purchasers, it took several months for my sale to complete. Throughout the process, Matt kept in almost daily contact, not only with myself but the other solicitors and estate agents involved to ensure the chain didn’t collapse. He went above and beyond and happily my sale completed successfully. I can’t recommend Simpsons highly enough!

From the moment, I was able to book a house view by email, I knew they were a good and professional Estate Agents. Looking for property in UK is currently very stressful, Agents are currently selling easily and most Agents I talked with were not that nice, didn't answer back and 1 was even a bit rude. Simpsons is nothing like that... wrote an email to view a property late evening, had an answer early morning next day, exchanged a couple of emails before the viewing and I was very surprise to actually get an answer. Through the all process from viewing, offer, buying and completion Simpsons Agents were always ready to call or email with the information needed and kept me updated with the sellers plans. We used Simpsons for both our sale and purchase. The process started off slowly as we struggled to get a sale but Simpsons were hugely supportive in the discussions and gave us appropriate advice which aided us to move forward quickly. Finding a property we wanted also proved difficult during a pandemic but again the expertise of the team meant that they recommended a property that we had dismissed and hadn’t realised was perfect for us. Selling and buying a house can be a stressful process but the absolute dedication of their sales progression manager Matt was faultless. A big thank you to Matt and the team at Simpsons. We have just bought a house through Simpsons and sold through another estate Agent. We were in a chain of five and was difficult from top to bottom. It soon became clear when Matt was calling me and keeping me informed of any hold ups at least twenty four hours before our estate agent that he was the one working. About half way through the time it took to complete the sale Mat was now doing all the work for his client and all the work that our estate agent was supposed to be doing. He was brilliant kept us informed and kept calm when things went wrong but above all worked so hard he really did way more than he was paid for. I would use his services every time. From the start when they valued our property right through to picking the keys up for our new house, Stewart and his team gave us a really personal and prompt service. The office team were always familiar with our situation and answered our questions quickly. They helped us to find our new house and managed the after sales process to keep our chain moving and getting answers to our questions. We recently bought a house from Simpsons estate agent and found them to be a fantastic business to work with. They kept us informed on the buying process at all times and were always available to talk too. In the buying process they were able to ensure timeframes were met and to keep the whole chain on time. After moving in we had a few issues with garden waste left, of which they were on hand to help, and support us in the process. Cannot recommend Simpsons enough.
