Impeccable service and a fantastic team who are thoroughly supportive, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations! We recently sold our home in Abingdon with Simpsons and having approached a number of other estate agents in Abingdon and the surrounding area. We found them to be the most approachable, clearly demonstrating a consultative and well thought out approach to selling our flat. Arranging viewings with Jake was easy and feedback on each was always prompt. We found a buyer after just 3 viewings, and Matt and Stewart were there to support us through the process step by step, with Jake and Joe always on hand and able to help in their absence with anything needed in relation to both the sale and viewings for our next step. We can’t thank the team at Simpsons enough.

I was delighted with the professional and very personal service that we received from Simpsons and how quickly they managed to sell our Bungalow. Stewart Simpson took the time out to hand hold us through the process and went above and beyond our expectations. On the day of the offer negotiation Stewart was in London at a Conference but he kept in touch with us throughout even texting us late into the evening with advise and support. His team are helpful, kind, understanding and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. We prefer to use a local family run firm and we were not disappointed. 5+ Stars from us!

I purchased a house in November 2018 via Simpsons. They were great with communication from the initial viewing right through to exchange and completion, and when I asked any further questions on the property they were prompt with their replies, and even communicated out of normal office hours which was very impressive. I have recently let a property with Simpsons Lettings. I have been really pleased with the friendly and efficient service received from Joe and his team. Nothing is too much trouble and I was updated constantly throughout the whole lettings process of finding a new tenant. I am confident my property is in good hands managed by Simpsons. I would highly recommend Stewart and his team they are all very professional, within 2 weeks of putting are house on the market Stewart had sold are house for us and he helped find are new house with out him and his team I feel it would of been a very stressful couple of months but they take care of everything for you , Stewart will go out of his way to help you in any way that he can even when he's on a day off or has finished work he will always take your phone call or keep you updated with any news . Massive thanks to Stewart, Matt and the rest of the team at Simpson's. Excellent service throughout the whole process. I've used a lot of the Estate Agents in Abingdon over the years both in a professional and personal capacity and have to say the service received from Simpsons has been of the highest quality. The staff are all efficient, informative and keep you updated (even when there's nothing much going on). My chain took around 9 months to complete and at no point did the service level change. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Simpsons. Everyone we have dealt with have made us feel welcome and have been amazing to us from start to finish. Adam even sold our house to the first person who viewed, which was amazing, especially as we wanted to move ASAP with a baby on the way! Everyone at Simpsons have been so supportive throughout us selling and buying. Especially Matt who has been working away liaising with the solicitors to make sure everything runs smoothly with the exchange and completion and keeping us posted every step of the way. We worked with Stewart for nearly two years trying to get my mum's house sold and smaller bungalow bought. We had a buyer whose chain kept being broken - 3 times. Stewart was very responsive and even replied to emails at weekends. He chased every stage of the chain and worked very well with the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. He was very sensitive to my elderly mother's needs, often taking forms round to her for signing. He was very responsive with feedback for viewings and was sensitive in what he told us about the viewings. He proposed a reasonable selling price rather than just suggesting a high price that would get him a higher commission. When the sale did finally go through he was genuinely as excited as we were. I can't thank Stewart enough for all the effort he put in to get this sale through - I don't think it would have happened without him. I would definitely recommend Simpsons to anyone in the Abingdon area.

Brilliant first class service, from start to finish. Stewart and his team were able to sell our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market. We had two buyers fighting over the house, in the end our decision was based on Stewart's professional opinion of which buyer would see the chain through. We were happy to leave this in Stewart's capable hands and use his experience to direct our choice of buyer. We moved very quickly and Stewart and his team were available every step of the way. The level of customer service was exceptional, often Stewart would answer question/queries outside if office hours which helped us a lot as we working full time. We knew where we were every step of the chain. The whole process was stress free and smooth. I would and have recommended Simpson's to my friends and family, and would definitely be using them again. Rented my property in Abingdon very quickly in fact to the first viewer before the property was officially on the market. Joe, Emily, Jake and the team waited patiently from April to February while I sorted out the purchase of my next property dealt with the EICR, and the Gas Safety certificate, and decorating, and new carpets and curtains, with new appliances and suffered a stroke. However all in place now with a happy landlord, and hopefully a very happy tenant.
