GoogleHouse hunting is the most stressful experience and we were dreading finding somewhere new to rent however Daniel Freeman from Chancellor's gave us first class customer service. He always followed through on our requests and enquiries in a very timely fashion. For myself it was least stressful renting process I have ever encountered. Will be using them in the future and I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI could see that the staff were abusive and threatening towards a gentleman who was simply trying to point out they they were in breach of GDPR laws.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As we have previously mentioned in our replies to other reviews, we take any GDPR concerns very seriously and have started taking action to address the concerns you have mentioned. Clearly it is not normal for a member of the public to film their interactions with us without prior consent to do so. We hope and trust that any viewer of said video would take this into consideration when forming a view on this interaction.

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

GoogleWe have registered with many Estate Agents but Chancellors is the only one that keeps us constantly updated with new properties that might suit us - the text alert service to my mobile phone telling me when new property comes available is so helpful as we are usually busy, and that is something which seems unique to Chancellors - well done!

GoogleWorst company I have ever rented through, neglected to inform you of changes to your tenancy and then try to penalise you for it! Didn't even have keys to our property so everything had to be organised through me (even things that no one needed to be there for) which included taking time off work.....what does a landlord pay you for??
