GoogleThis was my 3rd remortgage and it was by far the easiest. Alex from chancellors referred me to William a mortgage advisor and they did all the work. Talked me through my options and the best deal for me. Sent me through the paperwork and I didn’t have to lift a finger. All done over the phone and email. Excellent service will be doing the same in 2 years time 👍🏻

GoogleA member of the public advised them they could be exposing peoples data and breaching GDPR, but instead of listening and thanking him they were rude and wanted the police called. I wouldn't trust them.

We are sorry if our colleague gave an impression of being rude but are happy that we can confirm that we have had no interaction or contact with the police relating to an issue of this nature, and have no record of that being suggested by us as a potential course of action.

GoogleTerrible experience with viewing bunch of property... lady was not at all interested and on phone texting most of the time.... don't knew any details of simple questions asked about property. Very unprofessional of chancellors with big name.
