Excellent support and communication

From the minute our previous tenants gave notice to leave and our new tenants moved in, we felt supported by the end of tenancy team. Special mention to Alison McInnes, Elaine Thompson and Megan O’Boyle. Alison was always very prompt answering our numerous emails, providing really useful advice and guidance, taking us through the process without causing us stress. Alison was very professional but at the same time came across as a friendly and warm person, which put us totally at easeElaine, was also great answering our questions and giving us regular updates regarding potential tenants Megan, was very prompt in arranging maintenance contractors in our behalf and again great with communicationThank you end of tenancy team for such a positive experience, communication, support and outcome

Fantastic Service

Was transferred from Tay letting when DJ Alexander acquired them. I was a little concerned but had no need. DJ A have provided a superb service dealing with a tricky tenant whilst helping me through a sales process. Downright rude email

We recently received an email out of the blue stating that their agent would be accessing our rental home on a certain date to carry out an inspection. Much in the same way the police might with a search warrant.The correct thing to do considering we are indirectly paying their fees, would be a courtesy email, requesting a convenient time for inspection. Stonehouse were terrible agents (to the point we had to communicate directly with our landlords about defects issues) , and it seems DJ Alexander wish to carry on the awful service in the same vein.

Wonderfully reliable and friendly!

Our experience with DJ Alexander was impeccable! We're first year students and they did a fabulous job at making the process as smooth and easy as it could have been for us. Finding a place to live and working with Paul was easy. Paul provided a very professional experience from start to finish. In addition was happy to help with any challenges which may have come up along the way. Our property manager, Kieran Mooney was an incredible help in our process moving into our new home. Me and my flatmate just had the best…

Me and my flatmate just had the best experience with DJ Alexander. Nathan Eastwood help us a lot with getting us the flat we really wanted. I have a dog, so it’s not easy! We also had one viewing with Gemma-Louise and she was very helpful in answering all the questions regarding the flat we were seeing and other questions not related to the flat.There is just one thing that needs improving. When I was booking several viewings, it always asked me if I had a pet and I always selected that option and then mentioned the type of pet and breed. It still let me book the viewing and we had a few viewings where we were really disappointed to hear that dogs weren’t allowed at all.

Attempted robbery

When you move in the place will have plenty of issues and then when moving out DJ Alexander will attempt to steal your deposit or add extra charges by claiming these issues were done by you. DJ Alexander will also deliberately not reply to your leaving notice to secure extra pro rata payments. Do not rent from this letting agency.

Staff were very helpful, especially Evie hunter, who gets busy with my phone calls and email every time l needed help to finding a suitable property to filling in the application, Evie prompts and talked to the landlord till he accept my application up to the point of completion and approval.
