Flat viewing experience

Any repairs they organised were expensive and when it came to letting it seemed like they were more concerned with their own convenience than that of the owner e.g. wanting a 2 week void between lettings to allow them time to inspect the property. My partner and I had previous negative experiences with unfair letting agencies who asked for unreasonable fees for works conducted by the tenants, as well as being incredibly slow to respond. Our experience with dj alexander has been nothing like that. Through the years, they have been quick to respond to queries and concerns, and have dealt with issues promptly. More recently, we had an inspector named Giulia Ceccarelli come in to evaluate the state of our Stockbridge flat and she truly went above and beyond to ensure our living situation was as safe and comfortable as could be.
