The moving-in procedure is quick and fluent. The property manager Sophie, Chloe and Scott helped a lot throughout the way. In addition, every feedback would be attached importance here! After moving-in, we found some problem with the boiler and reported to DJ, they manage the check and repair stuff immediately. Thanks a lot to such a supportive team!

TrustpilotNo support for emergencies
The biggest challenge in dealing with DJ Alexander is getting any emergency repair and maintenance, as no one is available to talk. You have to report it to the online system and then wait for their response.Today, in the middle of the day, we found that the gas hob was sparking continuously and reported immediately, as we could not cook. The same electric switch is for the oven as well and can’t keep it on due to safety. Now it is 5:30 pm and still did not get any response. Basically, I am afraid of the future if any serious emergency occurs other than this oven and hob issue! I can’t think of it!!Contacted the owner; we were told to contact DJ Alexander. Fair enough and can’t fault the owner. Given this experience, I would prefer to rent directly from the owner rather than from a commercial agent. At least we will get some support in the event of emergencies.

When the property next door to my flat fell down they were excellent for both tenants and me. They ensured the tenants were well looked after, then, once things were safe, worked to get the flat repaired, cleaned and in a good state in record time. The place was relet within a week of going back on the market.

While I did have to wait a fair while on hold, that's understandable with how busy it is at the moment. Once I got through and spoke to Yasemin, she was really friendly and helpful. She gave me advice on how to deal with my specific situation and tried to help as much as she was able. Based on this experience I'm really hoping that I'll be able to rent a property managed by DJ Alexander.

As a landlord, these guys attempted to rip me off claiming that an out of hours electrician had to be called out. What they didn't know was that I actually spoke to the electrician while he was on the job at 11:30am on a Tuesday. When busted, they lied further saying a less experienced electrician had attended the evening before but couldn't resolve the problem, therefore the job was passed to someone else the following day. Turned out that was a lie also as the tenant confirmed no electrician had come 'out of hours'. When called out on that, they threw their toys out the pram. They have now been relieved from the duties as Property Managers. I would urge other landlords to follow suit. Very shady practices and barefaced dishonesty.The reply below is another lie. When confronted on their dishonesty they lied again and played victim and it was apparently all my fault. A pathetic response from a pathetic little man.

Although I arrived late to my viewing because of road confusion, Asif did not show the least bit of resentment towards my lateness. He was quite flexible. He offered to either tour us around or let us look at everything on our own as we asked questions as we went. As soon as I asked Asif a question, he provided an instant response with an answer. He has been very prompt in his responses to my emails and has walked me through the entire procedure. He is a valuable asset to the company and he is helping to make the transition that I am going through as painless as it possibly can be for me.
