Since DJ Alexander bought out the letting agency that I have used for the last decade, the service I have received as a landlord has deteriorated from better than satisfactory to poor. While individual members of staff that I have dealt with have been helpful and courteous, the company's team-oriented organisation means that it is hard to know who to deal with, and no one takes responsibility for resolving issues that I raise about the service I am receiving. I rarely receive replies to emails, leaving a backlog of unresolved matters to accumulate that is causing stress and dissatisfaction.My impression is that DJ Alexander has far more clients to service than it has staff to cope.

We sold our city centre flat with DJ this summer, with Sarah McIntyre leading the sale. We had our offer on a new place accepted on a Monday and DJs managed to get us on the market by the end of the week which was amazing. We then accepted a verbal offer by the following Friday. Unfortunately this person then delayed and eventually withdrew their offer but thankfully Sarah did a great job keeping other interested parties in the loop whilst we were awaiting the outcome and we were able to set a successful closing date the following week. Unfortunately the successful bidder later renegotiated their price due to a Buy-To-Let mortgage valuation but again Sarah handled all the communication brilliantly and despite the potential stress we felt very well taken care of. The sale was finally complete at the end of Sept and we wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah & DJs again, thanks!

He worked well with the Alexander leasing department (who managed my flat) and made this a painless experience in terms of ensuring all basis were covered . She was flexible and paid consistent and persistent attention to my requests concerning the tenancy application and agreement terms. The application advisors, Gill and Finlay, were equally informative and considerate of my time and concerns during the tenant application process. Brilliant letting agency . I rent a property and found them to be very helpful and kind especially Diane Harte. She was very helpful and patient. I do recommend them. Although we had sone issues with the deposit we I end my tenancy due to COVID-19 but They try to resolve them and offer some solutions.
