My partner and I used this service to rent our two bed flat in the west end. I dealt with Maxine and Eduardo. Both have been very professional and responsive. We decided to pay slightly extra to get the virtual tour done plus professional photos and I am so glad we did as we had an rental offer in just two days of the advert going up! I HIGHLY recommend going the extra mile and getting this done as gives potential tenants the opportunity to view the full house from top to bottom any time of the day.PositiveResponsiveness

They provide an efficient and personable service that I have not found with other letting agencies I've worked with. So far so good! The team have all been really helpful, in particular Adam, who always replies to my emails promptly and was very supportive when there were technical issues during the referencing process. I have not moved in yet but they seem a lot better than some letting agents I have dealt with as a student! My only criticism is the that the referencing process seems quite automated and not very user friendly but as I said the team were always on hand to assist during this time :)

I found Martin and Co to be very professional when letting out my flat. There were a few issues and we were let down by a potential tenant pulling out meaning we had to start the process again. I found Stephen to be very attentive and he always responded to my queries quickly. I would be happy to recommend Martin and Co.

Many thanks for your help with finding my new rent! :) The viewing was arranged very quickly (even considering that this is a very busy period) and the agent, Kelly Kennedy was very helpful and nice. She gave me reminder calls ensuring that I won't miss the appointment. Tried to arrange viewings with other property agencies, but things didn't go so smootlhly.

Amazing, professional estate and letting company, I highly recommend it to tenants and landlords alike. From the moment I called to arrange a viewing to the moment I applied, the staff couldn’t be more professional, friendly and helpful. Rachael Irvine is fantastic, she replied to all my emails in a timely and professional manner and made a great impression of Martin & Co Aberdeen. Due to personal reasons, I couldn’t proceed with the tenancy, but I would not hesitate contacting them whenever I’m looking to rent a property.

The Aberdeen team are always willing to help and regularly go the extra mile to ensure that my requests or issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. I’ve had experience with several other local letting agents and can honestly say that Martin & Co are by far the best. I generally deal with Maxine Card, she is first class, and on the few occasions Maxine has been unavailable her team has stepped up and helped me out, demonstrating the same exemplary levels of customer service. Great experience using this agency to find a flat for myself and my friends for our final year at University. It is the most 3rd class letting compay in Aberdeen. I have been applying for viewing for last 1 month. They don't reply to the emails you send them. They would hardly attend your call and when they do, they will let you know that they can't arrange a viewing. Worst customer experience. Not recommended at all.

We then, responded to your email, explaining that all the properties that you had enquired for (8 in total) had been taken, and that you could contact us if you wish to enquire about any other property. You never come back to us. It may be very frustrating for you to see properties being let so fast in Aberdeen. At our end, we did take reasonable and proportional steps to try to contact you and engage with you to offer alternative properties, even in a market where other agents would have never tried to contact you.
