GoogleProperty I have rented has been in a disgusting state, dirt, odour, broken furniture, overgrown garden. Still sorting out issues with the property 5 weeks after the entry date. I recently found out that my landlord is unregistered with the Landlord Registry Scotland Scheme and Martin & Co while being fully aware of this have be acting on their behalf, which is an illegal act.
