GoogleThey charge agency fees, this is illegal in Scotland. They are also slow at contacting the landlord. The fees in question are the credit checking fee, the tenancy agreement fee, the guarantor fee and the inventory fee.

GooglePoor and low services dont want to help dont want call back, dont want to support. Have to do all maintanace for myself. Late to reply. Dont care how tenants feel, but care to squash your money out of the pocket. Property managers are the worst, rude and dont give a damn if you need any help. Like wise suit yourself no additional support.
