Would not reply to our emails. Getting them to do anything was a nightmare and once we left they got on our back for the smallest things even though we moved into a MESSY apartment to begin with. Would not recommend to anyone

GoogleThe staff at Stonehouse have all been extremely kind and helpful in my experience. All maintenance issues were dealt with in a very quick and efficient manner and to a very high standard. Also, the property manager was always extremely professional at all times and quick to reply to any enquiries or concerns. Overall, fantastic all-round service.

GoogleDJ Alexander have provided me with incorrect information on the current Scottish rent guidance which is basic information that they should know within their industry. I have also been given conflicting information. I have since been provided with much better advice from Craig Mitchell and hoping for a resolution soon.

No one will help me. Ive also been trying to contact them for around 4 weeks now and I have had 0 replies. Countless properties I have tried enquiring about through emails, Ive called many times only to be put on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I have left voicemails and no calls back. I dont know how anyone is supposed to get in contact with them, I see an ad for a flat that I like and its always this company...I know now to avoid reaching out because it will be a waste of my time. Absoloutely ridiculous and so disheartening. Either get more staff or have the ones that work there already do their jobs properly.
