I would avoid this business. Unpleasant people providing a low service and charging exorbitant rent for a property drowning in sewage problems and other nasty flaws. They do patch up jobs instead of proper repairs. After a horrible 3 months, we are leaving.

GoogleThis agency is an absolute joke. I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and got charged over £100 for Cleaning Fees. The cleaning was apparently required because of some 'dusty' surfaces. I wish I had read the reviews before moving in. I see a lot of people had similar issues i.e being charged astronomical cleaning bills after leaving the apartment clean!

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENT. They are an absolute joke, totally screwed us over with our deposit after doing inspections every three months, even commenting on how nice we had kept the place only to charge us for things like a hair somewhere or dust. GoogleI wonder how do they get away with this such poor service. Their management should revisit their customer services considering they have a big portfolio of property. Rude Staff Poor Service Not helpful at all They are bad for both tenants and Landlords. Creating unnecessary invoices for the Landlord. I honestly think that both Landlords and Tenants should stay away from them.

GoogleAPL are providing factoring services for the building where I own 2 flats and have been excellent so far - very efficient and professional and got a lot done since they were appointed. As to their letting department, they still have to adjust to new market conditions and improve their reaction time in order to get the properties rented out fast.

GoogleCowboys. They do not fix anything, even rotten windows and will not compensate. You will get charged for missplacing a bin to a different room. Flats they lease have furniture from the skip. You will never be able to talk to any of their staff, but if you manage to catch them they are extremely rude and aggressive. Avoid!!

Cannot keep a viewing, and if you DO manage to get a viewing with these passive aggressive louts I can personally guarantee that someone else already has put an offering a week prior onto your desired property, they just didn't bother to tell you or to update their page.

GoogleIf I could give a minus I would. Lack of communication after not weeks but months of constant chasing to be met with rude incompetence! Total waste of time and waste of a factoring fee we pay each month as we see no tangible benefit! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

GoogleAfter letting a hugely overpriced, spider and mould infested flat to us which was dirty when we moved in, and my partner cleaned and scrubbed prior to moving out, this HORRENDOUS company charged us nearly £500 of our deposit just to clean it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Reporting to environmental health.

GoogleRude, passive-aggressive, dishonest bunch who serve neither tenant nor landlord. All they're interested in is lining their pockets. If you're a landlord, just do the paperwork yourself - getting these cowboys involved won't do your property any good.
