GoogleContacted the team for renting two bed properties as I was planning to move in Aberdeen . they informed they only rent people who already lives in Aberdeen, unfortunately they do not rent people who is not living in Aberdeen already, ideally it should be stated clearly on the advertisement.

GoogleIts much bigger than what is shown in the photos with fully kitted kitchen and two large bedrooms. Stayed here for a month and half and enjoyed the stay. Car parking was a bit of a hassle within the premises, but there was plenty on street parking. Walkable to Duthie park for a stroll with the kids.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleWould not recommend from either landlord or tenant perspective. Their do not have much knowledge or add value when it comes to tradesmen to fix problems & are too willing to approve costs without any challenge. They also screw tenants on vacating for petty charges (e.g. cleaning single cobweb, water streak, minor crumbs in toaster) which resulted in both sets of tenants having to fight unnecessarily to get their deposit back.

GoogleI'm giving 5 stars based on dealing with Stuart Carnie who was able to help me with getting my flat. I had been working with another agent who unfortunately wasn't efficient with providing feedback on my application, but once Stuart assisted the process was pleasant, I was kept updated and I'd be happy to recommend him.

GoogleIf I could give a minus, I would. They didn't fix my hot water for 3 months and were incredibly rude and demeaning. They would also on occasion walk in to my home unannounced. I understand that inspections must be carried out, however, letting yourself into someone's home with no notification is completely unacceptable. I would never use them again, and would advise all landlords and tenants to stay away.

GoogleFailed to inform us of their non-standard procedures for new tenants, nearly preventing us from moving in before our previous lease expired. Completely useless at helping with any issues in the flat, but excellent at finding/inventing things we'd done wrong. Arranged visits with potential new tenants without informing us, which is illegal. Just all round treated tenants with disrespect and as nothing but sources of money. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleIf I could give a minus rating I would. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, sexist, rude. Happy to charge full rent despite no heating for 4 months, and made no move to sort this until a man phoned on my behalf. Used completely inappropriate language when talking to them. They have no interest in the tenants. Avoid avoid avoid.NegativeProfessionalism
