GoogleIt was the worst experience, they gave us a damaged house then when we handed it over they made us pay, we have two months and we haven't received the deposit back, very bad, I don't recommend it at all
Hello Marinela, I am sorry to hear your review, of course it is never our intention to cause any delays or upset our customers so I do apologise. There was clearly a mix up between ourselves and the managing agent in relation to your deposit but as I mentioned yesterday, we are also still waiting for you to provide bank details so we can send it back to you.

GoogleI really had a bad experience with your move staff. Her name is Sharon Mullins during a property visit on 23rd nov 2024 at 13:40 pm at Abbey Wood . Her remarks and actions were offensive, rude and discriminatory, which caused significant discomfort to all of us including my parents. She was saying we were late in-fact we were 5 minutes early. She was saying we were too many of us infant we are family of 5. Her conduct, including making a clicking sound upon seeing us, and her unfriendly facial expressions and dismissive demeanour made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This behaviour negatively impacted what should have been a positive experience. Such behaviour is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I request a thorough investigation and appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again to anyone else. Your company aims to provide the highest standards of service to all your customers. I therefore trust your company values inclusivity and professionalism and will handle this matter seriously.

GoogleJust wanted to share the superb customer service I’ve experienced from Vicki at Your Move. Exceptional! As a landlord it’s important to find a suitable tenant and they, a suitable landlord. Vicki kept me up to date from the very start. I was notified of every viewing with accompanying details of each tenant. I truly felt we worked as a team. I then personally interviewed each tenant, with Vicki doing all the necessary paperwork. This can be a stressful process but with Vicki, I felt I was in safe hands. She didn’t fail to deliver. She’s been so thorough and her prompt replies to my queries ensured a seamless, trouble free process. I now have two lovely tenants and that’s thanks to her. Further to add: Richard at docusign is so so helpful too. Like Vicki, he replies so promptly thus aiding a smooth and speedy letting process. I would truly recommend Vicki, Richard and all at Your Move Lettings.

GoogleI rented with your move in Abbey Wood, every other estate agent in the area I went to did not want to help. Your move called me about properties whenever they had a new one where other agents I did not hear from for weeks. I ended up renting with your move abbey wood and there process was very quick and easy. Everyone is lovely there and made me feel at ease. Everything went really smoothly. I have since moved due to needing to be closer to my child's school but all the way through the tenancy they were great and they refunded my security deposit within a week of moving. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI have been with your move Abbey wood branch for more than two years, the staff at the branch are very helpful friendly and their services are excellent . I am amazed with the care i have been give through out my tenancy such as maintenance any maintenance job is treated with urgency and done as soon as possible. i want to say a very big thank you the staff of abbey wood for their tremendous support .A very big thank you to Gwen and Vicky for been there for me and family when we needed you most .

GoogleVicki was nice, which is why I’m giving any stars at all. Paul (a Ricky Gervais type) branch manager was deeply unpleasant, unprofessional, pushy, rude and made statements that were not only inaccurate and have since proven to be untrue. Doing business here leaves a sour taste even many years later. Never again. Best avoided.
