Totally blown away by how easy the sale was. About 3 months from first contact to completion, pretty close to asking price, with no hiccups at all. Regal kept me in the information loop throughout, and were very easy to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Google[Edit] in my opinion, the prices set by Regal (in Sandwich) do not align with the upwards trend in value for the area. It sets a bizarre precedent for low-ball figures in Sandwich.
