I would like to express my great gratitude and pleasure to the REGAL agency and especially to Julie Harlow. Everyone who is onto the move feels as worried about the unknown as I did. But even after our first meeting, my worries disappeared, because I saw a professional, dedicated to her work, extremely friendly, polite, a person you can trust! Regal Estates Sandwich provided us with professional, proactive and exceptional service throughout the whole process of selling our house. From our authorizing the sale through to completion, an amazing 5 weeks later, we were kept fully informed of progress and felt fully supported throughout. The Solicitors and removal company we used were recommended by Regal and both exceeded expectations in supporting the sales process. Everybody acted as a team , led by Regal,and the whole process was less stressful as a result.

From the beginning Regal were very positive about selling our apartment which they did very quickly and at a price higher than other agents had suggested. All the staff are conscientious efficient and friendly but special mention for Rachael whose job it is to pick up responsibility for managing the process from offer to completion - she was always on top of things and thinking ahead so the sale went through quickly and without a hitch. All estate agents should be like this!

Roger, Ryan and Yvonne worked tirelessly to sell my house and find me a new home in a specific development. They achieved this in a short space of time using their local knowledge and expertise. Once they had found me a new home and a buyer for my existing house I was introduced to their sales progressor Rachael. She continued the good work and made sure that the sale and purchase process rang smoothly and speedily. I can not speak too highly of this great team of professionals who really listen to your requirements and then more than deliver on their promises.

Thank you so much to the team at Regal, Canterbury! They were not forceful or pushy (unlike other agents) - Regal have listened to our needs and wants. They did not hound us and we never felt pressurised. Regal were friendly and professional throughout the whole transaction. Keri especially worked hard to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. We highly recommend the team at Regal, Canterbury and will most definitely use them again. Thank you guys, your hard work is commendable and a lot of other agents could learn from you.

I just wanted to thank you for the more than excellent service we have received from Regal, starting with Roger, always professional, knowledgeable and on the ball, keeping us up-to-date at every hurdle. The back-up staff in the office have been brilliant, especially helping mum who has struggled with the enormity of moving and it taking so very long. And finally, our dealings with Rachael, who has worked tirelessly to ensure exchange happened as quickly as it could. The complicated chain has meant that Rachael quite often worked out of hours and on her day off, sometimes late into the evening sending texts and emails. She even offered to take a day off to help mum move if the completion date was delayed and my brother couldn’t come down. In her friendly but professional way she has been on good terms with all parties to achieve the desired outcome; I know, as Sales Progressor, it is her job to be totally involved and move things along quickly but she really has gone out of her way and has helped my elderly mother, who has never moved before, to cope with the difficulties and stresses that this has brought. So, a huge thank you to Regal for making the move eventually happen and we have been delighted with the service we have received. Please pass on our grateful thanks to all who have been involved with mum’s move and in particular, Rachael. THANK YOU!

Absolutely no complaints. Everyone was very helpful and worked hard to ensure our sale went through, chasing solicitors and liaising with the forward estate agent. I’m a very pleased that I chose to use this estate agent and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Working against a very short deadline to complete on the same day as our own purchase went to completion was fantastic and at one point highly improbable! Despite the size of the task staff rallied round and got the job done with good humour and out of hours service. Job well done. Thank you Regal Sandwich staff!

I would give a negative rating if it was possible. Absolutely awful lettings agent. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY especially in Canterbury and if you are a student. They expect tenants to live in appalling conditions. Take no responsibility for ensuring house is legally fit. Just pass back landlords legal responsibilities to tenants.DO NOT USE THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Regal Estate Agents. Both transactions with Regal have been an absolute pleasure, the staff are all eager, approachable and professional. We posted our sale with Regal just before new year and to our delighted amazement the property had viewings immediately and sold within days of going live. Communications are prompt and updates on the sale progression are regular. Overall a wonderful experience highly recommended.
