GoogleMaryanne is hands down the most hard working, professional, and realistic estate agent I’ve ever met - and I have experience in the industry. She has helped me rent my current home, buy my first house years ago, and give endless advice with regards to investment properties! I would confidently recommend Maryanne to anybody looking to sell or let their property. Thank you so much Ash
Thanks for your positive 5 star review Ash. Much appreciated.

GoogleThank you Naish Estate Agents, your patience and support whilst we navigated a potential selling and buying process has been greatly appreciated. We were reassured from the very beginning when you produced a very thorough, detailed and accurate valuation, (Matt) and although I had many, (many!) questions, nothing was too much trouble! It has been a pleasure to refer more work to the team at Naish - thanks all.

GoogleVery pleased with the recent sale of our bungalow in Bishopthorpe with Naish. Jade's enthusiasm, drive and her knowledge of the village came across really well during the valuation and she identified all the positives and potential our home had. We were looking for an estate agent who were prepared to try an off-market approach to the sale and Naish didn't hesitiate to accept the challenge where others shied away from this. Within 5 days we had received multiple offers in excess of the asking price which was a great result. The communication choices that Naish offered really worked well for us and we always got a response back to any queries straight away which helped towards a quicker sale and completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Naish to anyone thinking of selling in the York area.
Thank you John for a lovely review. Matt
