Naish Estate Agents Yorkshire reviews

Amy I believe her name was, very unprofessional. Left an enquiry for a few details regarding a property, she called me to book me in for viewing without knowing anything about my initial enquiry or my position and left the call without giving me any details. She didn’t like me asking to to refer to my initial enquiry. As an investor I will stay away from this agency.

Excellent communications from Naish Estate Agents throughout the conveyancing period of our buying a flat in York this summer (2022). Maryanne Smith, director, always phoned me back immediately and was on to any issue I raised. Really appreciated this as we wanted to complete quickly. She also cut out some of the communications problems between ourselves, the vendor and the lawyers. Very warmly recommend Naish as estate agents.

Matthew has been great at helping me to find a very specific property. His patience has been unwavering and he’s been fantastic at challenging what I really wanted from a property. I would not hesitate to recommend Naish to anyone.

Naish, York, makes that sale happen! Excellent professional service; experienced, well informed and well connected locally and nationally; works collaboratively with own solicitors to resolve legal hurdles and obstructions. Solution-focused, ‘make it happen’ approach with a personalised service from Maryanne and her team.

Matt at Naish helped guide us through our recent property purchase, he offered great impartial and honest advice throughout the process as well as always being available to chat. Would highly recommend, also has great local knowledge and connections that proved instrumental in getting our purchase over the line.
