Rob and the Your Move team were amazing in the process of us buying our first home. Any questions or uncertainties were answered straight away and all communications were clear. We had a few problems with our solicitors and Rob was very understanding and gave us lots of advice that we wasn’t getting from our solicitors. As a buyer and the service being free to us, it really was 5 stars! For our first time buying a home, it couldn’t of been better! Really impressed with the level of service we received at Your Move, York. The whole team were utterly professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We'd like to say a particular thank you to Rob Beadle who provided us excellent support throughout and ensured that our sale went through extremely quickly (from advertisement right through to completion). Our house was SSTC within two weeks and completion within 3 months. We really appreciated the extra mile Rob and his team went to help coordinate contractors in and out of our property as our sale was being conducted remotely. We highly recommend Your Move if you are looking for a reliable and truly professional agency in York. We have now bought and sold with this agency (York office) and been impressed on both occasions.

Thank you to Your Move for guiding us through selling our home . I would highly recommend these agents . The whole package was excellent everything from realistic house price which gave great results to the staff who showed people around . Everyone was very responsive and returned calls quickly with the information we needed .Upon accepting an offer lock down commenced . Throughout some very tricky times Rob was brilliant . There were some bleak times when it was impossible to do anything but Rob kept things going and he was very proactive when things opened up . He contacted solicitors and all parties in the chain throughout the sale . Communication was excellent and we felt fully supported . The staff really work as a team and they know how to sell houses. YourMove Anscombs have been magnificent throughout the sale of our house - can't fault them in any way. Professional and expert advice - even if we didn't want to hear it to begin with - and a positive, driven attitude to selling our property combined with pragmatic and realistic advice based on deep industry experience. The whole team were superb, but in particular: Craig, Julie and Sophie were always impressive and professional when showing the property and a pleasure to deal with, while Sam is an absolute legend for pushing through the sale even when solicitors caused things to grind to a halt. I could have got a cheaper agent or a small company or even an on line company, saved a few pounds, but that would have been totally the wrong decision! and was nearly tempted, but after my experience of other shocking agents from viewings I'm so so glad I didn't. It's rare in this day and age to encounter a team of people who are so proactive, professional and effective in their jobs. Historically Estate Agents have not been highly regarded as a profession by a great many people, and for any of us who've moved house more than a few times with different agents, that is probably easy to understand. It's very refreshing then, when the frustrations and difficulties that seem commonplace in dealing with other agents are completely eliminated by the joined up thinking and efficiency with which Scott Anscomb conducts his business. The whole process of dealing with Scott and his team goes a long way towards removing the common stresses of moving house, and you are safe in the knowledge that at least someone in the process is doing their job right! I have honestly never dealt with a better agent in eleven house moves and to be honest I don't think its possible to find another agent as good as this. In York at least, you would be foolish to overlook Your Move Anscobs, whether you are buying or selling. It's just so nice to deal with people who have their act together and work hard to get the job done. I'm very lucky to have had the good fortune of dealing with Your Move Anscombs a few times, for both sales and purchases, and I'm so grateful for the excellent service I received.

Honestly a fautless and fantastic experience with Your Move Anscombs, from the initial viewing of the house we went on to purchase, to the end when we got our keys. Depsite the purchase process being a little tricky at times, due to unforeseen complications outside of our and Anscombs hands, all members of the team we dealt with, but in partiuclar Rob, Emma, and Liz, not only provided us updates throughout, but went above and beyond to get the full picture of the purchase chain and where they could, co-ordinate other estate agents to hurry along the process. I would not hesitate to use Anscombs again, and would happily recommend them to anyone.
