Myself and partner sold our property via your move at the end of last year so we could move to our forever family home with our new baby. Safe to say throughout the last 5 months of our sale going through, Sam has been going above and beyond to look after us and make what should have been a VERY stressful time that fair bit easier. We were looking for top notch service - we found it! It’s now 6 weeks since we sold our house and life is a little less hectic so we can better reflect on our experience. Once our decision to sell was made we met with 4 agents all on the same day so comparison was easy - we were looking for top notch service as all agents fees are generally similar- in Scott and his team - including links to solicitors and mortgage broker we found exactly what we had sought. Covid brought its own difficulties but Scott used a video initiative he was perfecting to really promote the lifestyle of living in the city - it really brought our property to life for potential buyers. Their brochure was also top notch with excellent photography, nicely displayed. Scott continued to “lead from the front” but all his support staff were excellent but in particular Sam with whom we liaised regularly - calming and efficiently keeping us abreast of progress whilst in turn assisting our buyer who was travelling regularly from London.
