Purchasing through Sam was a pleasure from start to end, he was always incredibly helpful, informative and regularly kept me up to date, never failing to get back to me if there were any follow up details. Despite some challenging events in the process Sam was always very considerate and supportive. Scott and his team were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. We were assigned to Sam who went above and beyond during the whole process. Our chain ended up being very big and very tricky. We were always kept up to date, as were our buyers. Without the help from Sam I have no doubt it would’ve fallen through. He personally kept the chain informed, holding it together and frequently chased solicitors and other estate agents to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. I sadly didn’t move with Anscombs, which in itself, now feels like a huge mistake. But in some ways I feel like I did, as I’ve had more input and help in buying my new house, and advice with selling when things got a little tricky due to a microscope of a survey which was nearly the breakdown of our 11 house chain and completely unjust and left us all out of pocket! If it hadn’t of been for Sam and all of his hard work and dedication I don’t think we would be moving at all. He is so knowledgeable, professional, and such an all round decent guy who has really worked hard and should be paid our estate agents fees. He rang on the day of our contracts been signed and wished me all the best, i got a 2 line text off my estate agent. The difference in the two just says it all. I want to thank Sam from the bottom of my heart as he knows how much this move is going to change my life, for always pushing and working for the end goal, also the guys in the office, Emma, Rob, Julie to name a few. Outstanding service from Sam Broadley and I would certainly recommend this estate agent. We sold our house privately and Your Move were the estate agent for the house we were buying. Despite not being their direct customer, Sam kept me constantly informed about developments in the chain and I got more information from him than my own solicitor. He chased and communicated with all the solicitors, agents and individuals involved, even going so far as to offer to talk to my own buyer about what was happening. Fantastic service received from all staff members when selling my property, from the valuation with Scott, selling with Rob and all the follow ups during the sale and purchase of a property (with a different agent), all dealt by Sam. All staff are a credit to the business. I bought through Your Move 3 years ago and they were so good that I've now just sold through them too. Truthfully I'd never fully comprehended the complexities of selling and buying at the same time and as I told Sam, I now have a new appreciation for their job roles. Craig was very helpful early on during the initial meetings, and made me comfortable in my decision to use Your Move. Sam though, well, Sam is just something else. I came to Yourmove for a mortgage meeting a year ago and was given a clear and easy to understand picture of where I stood. I have now purchased a property through Yourmove and was impressed throughout. Initially Sam and Emma handled my offers and once accepted, Rob took me through to receiving the keys.
