Dealt with a guy called zahid should have known really never to go ahead, once they had the sale wasn’t interested, pushed into putting the house on the market telling me I’ve spent a lot of time at your house! Very proffesional, was asked to reduce price after 2 weeks, long story with the rest of it but I would stay clear, hence I took my house off the market with them,

From dealing tactfully when a washing machine was on at unsociable hours to being efficient at renting at a good price. TrustpilotAccepted property and then they rang to say they’ve accepted someone else!!
I was accepted a property by them and I sent all paperwork over and two weeks later they phoned saying I was accepted as a higher bidder was accepted. Why accept me and my offer to disappoint two weeks later. Do not use this estate agent very bad service and not happy at all. They are useless I will be using somewhere else.

One of the worst estate agents to deal with when we rented a property. The Wakefield branch staff were awful to deal with and made us feel like liars. We are currently going through a complaints procedure with them and they are withholding our deposit due to the fact that they are incompetent and got paperwork incorrect. I hope the landlord has learned a valuable lesson using them!!

He found the perfect tenants for our property and kept us up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend using YPS, Ali provides an outstanding service with a personal touch. Rude, unhelpful and abrupt. They don't care about the tenant. All they care about is keeping the landlords happy and not losing the landlords custom. They could give no s#*ts about the people actually paying money. Stay away because they are not helpful. I got upset about a job that needed doing and was told that "you took the house as it is, there's nothing we can do". Just Wow

Not the best experience over a two year period. During our stay in their letting they were the most inconsiderate bunch. If there was a problem it was your fault. The landlord was always right. At the end of the tenancy their deposit holding arm Countrywide did their very best to withhold some of it, even though the property was in a better state when we left it.

I want to let you know that I am complaining to you because you are careless. my husband called for a house yesterday and you were going to call us back, you didn't do that. today when he came back to you with a phone call, you tell us that there are no more places to see the house. I do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting over a month for my deposit back after getting the checking out report (which came back fine) keep getting told it’s the landlords fault. Will be seeking legal advice and charging them the deposit, legal fees and their standard late payment fees as detailed on there account if I was to have paid my rent late (which I never did)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience.... as a purchaser. I was made to feel like my requests were outrageous, despite following the recommendations of Bridgefords surveyor. I was told that I was disgusting and shouted at.. avoid Sale at all costs, it's just not worth the abuse. There are plenty of professional estate agents.

Really unprofessional and sloppy! I've wasted part of my life in writing emails, repair reports, and complaints...all to little or no avail. At the end of my tenancy, as a goodbye present, I was denied my deposit without any valid reason. I only managed to get it back through adjudication. If I ever deal with this company again, it will be too soon.

Poor customer service , waste of time don't book any valuation with them they don't send professional agents to view your property and you need to chase them several time to get the valuation report. Rude agents on the phone. I am glad i haven't used them for any buying/selling service.

GoogleReally great service by Ali, made moving city as easy as possible, even helped sort out furniture for the rental property! Very flexible with viewings and even offered lifts to train stations, cannot recommend York Property Shop enough.

I vacated my property 8 months ago and is still waiting for my deposit. After I vacated the property I kept calling and emailing them several times and they replied to me after 3 months. They have not even paid the refund of my rent which is around 150£. Horrible people
