GoogleLoss of partial electricity in the house. Although there was not an established system for out of hour problems a staff member made all of the necessary contacts to ensure that the problem was dealt with quickly. They contacted me the next day to check that problems had been dealt with. Excellent initiative shown

GoogleWhat a waste of time with the agency, viewed a property and they didn't even get bothered to send an application form. Probably they already had someone in mind. Definitely won't recommend this agency.

FacebookThe Easingwold branch are actually selling the house my partner and I are renting and throughout the process the team there (Nick, Archie and Fiona in particular) have been massively helpful and thoughtful to our needs and taken time out to not only forward on suitable property details but also to touch base and ask how we were getting on with our search. All aspects of the sale of the house have been arranged respectfully and professionally and as a tenant in a house being sold I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks all, a real pleasure dealing with you.

Stephensons must genuinely be the worst, uneducated, inexperienced estate agents in the north. They misrepresented the property, they were dishonest, very unprofessional and just inadequate with communications. The service is just so awful, and their bullying tactics so blatant, that we had to pull out of the purchase.
