Having just started viewing properties for a rental, the process couldn't have been smoother with Linley & Simpson. Scott showed me around the property, the tenants were in there which made it difficult however he was thorough & gave me all the information I needed. He knew the property inside out and gave me all the detail surrounding renting and the process. Super friendly and knew his stuff!

GoogleHarry Russell. This is the reason why I gave this rental company 5 stars. Because, 1) although I speak little English, he helped me understand the issues with his ability to speak simple words and use translations when necessary, and explain the procedures clearly. 2) When I entered the agency, their smiling and friendly approach made me feel friendly and like home. When I buy a house in the future, I would definitely want to work with Harry again because he can understand me very well. If you are renting or buying or have any problems, don't worry, Harry will take care of it. Thanks for everything Harry :)

I had Kirk show me around the daisy spring works apartment. He was dealt a bad hand with the tenant only telling him moments before the tour. Instead of cancelling he took me to a similar apartment. He was very good at addressing concerns and questions and was very good with showing me the whole building and where the apartment I would be renting was situated.
We are really pleased that Kirk managed to find you something else to view after the tenant refused access, thanks for taking the time for the review!

GoogleI am Dr Shrushtee Mashru from India and I can across Linley and Simpson. They have been great in showing the best options they could. Courtney benson has been great and has shown me the best options. When I reached for my property viewing, Andrew Grice had been assigned for helping me with the viewing. He is very punctual and helpful. He is a good listener and gave me a great clarity related my questions or doubts. His communication skills are great !!!
