He identified potential buyers for our home quickly ( and drew them from all over the country) and arranged viewing ‘days’ with several people on the same day to minimise our inconvenience. We got a full price offer immediately which was great ; the following negotiations were much trickier as the house was listed so documentation was complicated. He communicated with all parties professionally and was astute and knowledgeable throughout. He was responsive and personable and really reassuring. A pleasure to have working for us!
