GoogleI have found Edison Ford to be both professional and efficient with the service they offer to tenants. I dealt with Kathy mainly and she was always helpful and friendly. They care about their tenants and I would recommend the company to anyone looking to rent a property

GoogleThey did what their publicity said they would - even though at one point we did not think it was going to happen for us. We received the full asking price. We were very happy with the standards of all those involved from the photographer, the EPC assessor and the main agent Tanya. We sought Tanya's advice on more than one occasion and we got a quick response. GoogleTanya's efforts throughout the process is what earns Edison Ford 5*s from us. We had a bumpy sale/purchase but throughout she did everything she could to corral the chains (yes, both of them!) into completion. She was very responsive (aside from one lost email but that was quickly resolved) and for the most part was the best informed person in the process. GoogleI worked with the Edison Ford team to sell my first home, and they were awesome! Being a first time home seller, I was unfamilar with the process and they explained everything thoroughly and were always happy to answer any questions. The Edison Ford team arranged the new EPC certificate and all the listing documentation really quickly. I was also really impressed with the photographer who took the brilliant listing pics and prepared a 3D virtual walk through - I'm sure this was a huge reason my house sold so quickly in the current (covid) environment. The sales team pre-qualified the potential purchasers and arranged numerous showings pretty much back to back. My home was under contract inside a week of the first showing, I received in excess of the listing price and the entire closing process was smooth. All of the staff were skilled and friendly - I would not hesitate to recommend Edison Ford.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSuperb service from everyone at Edison Ford from the photography, buying, selling and financials. I cannot rate them highly enough and regard them as the M&S of the estate agents. You get a truly personal approach, which is what makes them different to all the others. They have a complete team of experts who get the job done, essential when your lovely home and money are involved. It's a definite yes from me 🏠😊

GoogleTheir whole team is absolutely useless! Went in a few months ago, They said they'd be in contact if they found anything suitable - Never contacted me. I found somewhere myself eventually and they were happy to go through with the whole referral process and upon completion, Decided I wasn't suitable despite having the funds and correct paperwork! They're an absolute joke. AVOID!

GoogleDisgusting behaviour, don't need to be told how to live my own life! Cancelling my appointment 30 minutes before viewing! Lady on phone sounding like she didn't know what she was doing and other lady well rude!!! Including Edison Ford in yate is bad enough well this pops that's too! I'm disgusted with this company

We place a great deal of importance on our customer feedback and your review is out of kilter to the other positive feedback we have received from not just other tenants, but landlords, buyers and sellers across our social platforms. We have looked into this before coming back to you. You first made contact with us on Friday where we went through your current situation, and we did advise that the landlord might not want to proceed based on the information you gave us. However, you requested that we continue with your viewing, of which we did, and made an appointment for you on the Saturday morning. However, unfortunately, this was a mistake on our part as we had conflicting appointments in the morning. We needed to rearrange your viewing for later in the day at 3pm and from our understanding, you were happy with this. Alas, due to circumstances in the office where a team member had to leave for the day, the appointment at 3pm was then unable to be carried out. We attempted to make contact via phone on both mobile numbers, however we had to resort to text messages in the end to request we move your viewing to 4pm. Throughout working with you, we believe we were professional and whilst we did make a mistake which we do apologise for and in fairness, did so multiple times once we realised the mistake was made. However as we are sure you can appreciate, we are all humans and we did try to rectify the issue as best as possible. We wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, The Edison Ford team.

GoogleAt the outset of selling my house I had considered Purple Bricks but having had dealings with Edison Ford on the letting side, they convinced me to sell with them. One of the best decisions I've made to do so. OK it cost more, but %age was fair and service from the team was excellent. I never doubted their determination to sell the property and ultimately they came up with the goods. Communication with the team was excellent throughouyt what turned into a fairly drawn out sale. Really very good. Thank you for all the hard work. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleMy first encounter with eddison fords was when i enquired about a house they were selling, my wife and I popped in, and that was when we met tanya, she obviously asked whether we had a house to sell or if we were first time buyers, we told her that we had a house to sell, we had it on the market for about 9 weeks and had had no one look at it. We had a long chat and decided that if at the end of our contract with our present estate agent, if we had no viewings, then we would sign up with eddison Ford and see what happens. We signed up on the Friday and had a viewing on the Saturday, on the Monday ( and this was a Bank Holiday) we had a email from tanya informing us that an offer had been made, but not just an offer, it was the full asking price for our house. Since then my wife and I have been in regular contact with tanya and her team and have found them to be extremely helpful and willing to help with any problems or concerns we have had. Edison Ford also have their own mortgage consultant, Michelle, who is amazing, Michelle found us a very good mortgage deal and we also forwarded her number to our daughter, who she helped as well. I can not recommend Edison Ford enough for the help and support they have given us, they are true leaders in every thing they do. Ian and Ruth.

This review is spurious in its nature, its sole purpose I assume is to create reputational damage to Edison Ford, it makes no attempt to explain the situation and is highly unprofessional and spiteful. If you’ve found this review then please take the time look at all the others we have from happy and satisfied clients and you will see that this particular review is not representative of the way we interact with our clients. Jerome, who posted this review, was overtly rude to my staff as he couldn’t get access to a property to make a promotional video for a potential client. My sales manager had witness to what happened and reported the matter as copied below. I personally also interviewed the member of staff that had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this individual and I’m confident that this review is not reflective of our service and customer care but more reflective of the personality of the individual who decided to post it. I'll trust you will draw your own conclusions and realise this is not reflective of Edison Ford. The sales manager reported to me as follows. “Hi Mike To make you aware we had an incident with an applicant yesterday. A property sourcing agent, requested access to one of our properties, in order to take a video to send to potential buyers who may or may not be interested in the property. I spoke with Sophie in between the calls and she confirmed our position by email to Jerome. Sophie wrote a very polite email and had already explained in the first phone call our position verbally confirming that we could not allow access simply to take a video and that this was due to our current covid procedures and government guidelines and to protect the health and safety of both our staff members and the sellers. When she emailed, she sent a link for our extensive 360 virtual tour of the property, which would have been equally as helpful as a video at this stage and confirmed that we had to protect our seller who currently lives at the property. Jerome then called Sophie back and was incredibly rude. I was on the phone sat at the next desk and could hear his raised voice from where I was seated. I could see that Sophie was becoming upset by his persistence and advised her to end the call due to his rude and surely manner which to be quite frank wasn’t acceptable. Just because he couldn’t get what he wanted in terms of access didn’t justify his behaviour. We had explained that the owner was in residence and we were also protecting them. He informed her that we were at fault and that we should disclose on our website that a person is living at the property. Which of course isn’t relevant and has no bearing on what was happening. At this point I put my own call on hold and told Sophie to inform this person that he needed to speak to our staff members respectfully and lower his voice or we would have no choice but to end the call. Which she did. He continued talking to Sophie in a very inappropriate manner, which I could see was upsetting to her and so she said, I'm afraid I am now going to end the call and did so. I completely back Sophie and her handling of this person. She spoke in a professional way and did her best to resolve the situation while following procedures. She was polite through out the call Tanya.” Thank you for reading our response.

GoogleMy husband and I were both really pleased with the service we received from Edison Ford. Not only did they do all they could to keep things moving throughout our purchase, but they totally went above and beyond to help us out. We had plenty of contact with them so we never felt out of the loop, it was great to have someone keeping us up to date with what was happening, especially as we are very new to the property buying process. A huge thank you for being so professional, kind and efficient.

GoogleIf like me you thought that it really does not matter which agent you trust with your sale ( or purchase for that matter ) my advice is to think again. We have just completed our second property sale with Edison Ford, and the process which is very often extended and time consuming was managed entirely by Edison Ford. We were kept informed of every stage and often when I telephoned to check where we were an email had already entered my inbox. We have dealt in both sales with Tanya Burrows who heads up the sales team and it is a credit to her that the sales have been smooth and effortless on our part. It would be difficult to put a higher recommendation on this company and its staff, therefore I recommend you take a look at Edison's in the first instance. Chris Jones

FacebookI really cant recommend Edison Ford enough from a total refurbishment to securing a new tenant the whole team were professional and made the whole experience hassle free, once we decided to overhaul the property they made it pain free so much so I never needed to visit the property at any point and within hours of hitting the letting market the property was secured by a new tenant, I was so pleased with the service I’d recommended them to any landlords or wood be investors.
