GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from all at Edison Ford ! Especially Becky who was totally brilliant! I cannot recommend Becky enough, she truly was there at every step and even when we faced difficulties with our application she was always there to help. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently nothing was too much trouble for Becky ! I totally recommend Edison Ford for any Mortgage and insurances, thank you also to Steve who sorted our insurance out with no hassle too!

GoogleAs ever top-notch financial advice for what was a relatively complex set of personal/financial circumstances this time around. Edison Ford will listen and provide an arrange of viable options clearly based upon a deep understanding of the property market and associated products. Been providing Mike many financial challenges over the years, but he never ceases to come up with a solution. Becky is always totally professional and is always friendly & responsive. Totally recommend these guys!

GoogleSuperb service received from the whole team at Edison Ford. They also arranged our mortgage which went incredibly smoothly. From the initial visit, great photos and feedback following buyer visits. They managed to sell our house to the first viewers and we completed very quickly without any issues, despite tight timescale. Would highly recommend using them.

FacebookSold my house within a couple of days as Tony already had a first-time buyer lined up looking for a property just like mine. My price expectation was exceeded with the first offer, which I accepted! Since then Kim has been an invaluable help in assisting with my purchase through another local agent. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty, chasing other agents to try and move the chain along, liaising with the agent I am buying with when I was too stressed too, offering a sympathetic ear, advice, and backing me up when a had a major problem with said agent. She's an absolute star, fantastic at her job and always friendly and personable. If only all estate agents could be like her! Another mention for the maintenance team who called round to the house I am buying to offer their opinion on the condition of the guttering, completely free of charge. great service all round. FacebookWorst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with! I rented a house from Edison Ford back in 2015 we was only there for 6 months and it was a absolute nightmare from the day we moved in until we moved out, starting with the moving in day I wasn’t given the correct keys to half of the house so I wasn’t able to access the garage from the front, the house had not been cleaned since the last tenants moved out leaving cat hair everywhere poo in the garden the windows were a mess and all the cupboards in the kitchen were disgusting! The whole house needed cleaning before we even thought about putting our stuff in it (not what you want when you’re moving into a new home) anyway moving on there was maintenance issues we reported within a week of living there hoping to get fixed one of which was the oven door didn’t shut properly we reported this several times and not once did anyone even come out to look, whilst our time there we were hoping to buy a property we found a lovely home being sold by Edison Ford and their service on that was just as bad as their rentals we put a offer in on a house and one month later after chasing it up every couple of days they still wouldn’t say if our offer had been accepted or rejected, luckily another house came up which we liked (not through Edison Ford) we put a offer in and that afternoon it was accepted, we handed in our notice at the rental all ok, then to be charged when we move out because we didn’t have the carpets professionally cleaned we left the house ten times cleaner when we left compared to when we moved in having no pets or kids so to be charged for something that wasn’t done when we moved in is poor service, even when the contracter turned up to clean the carpets he said they don’t need doing really, I’ve dealt with many estate agents over the years which have all been fine and really highlighted how poor Edison Ford operate, I would never use them again and advise anyone else to steer well clear to avoid disappointment! 1 star is to much for this shambles of an estate agent.

We take any negative feedback seriously here at Edison Ford. For something that supposedly happened nearly 6 years ago, we are somewhat surprised to see this review. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer feedback having an average rating of 4.7/5 on Google and 4.8/5 on AllAgents from a range of different clients including existing tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers. Here is just one example of a public Google review from an existing tenant: "I have found Edison Ford to be both professional and efficient with the service they offer to tenants. I dealt with Kathy mainly and she was always helpful and friendly. They care about their tenants and I would recommend the company to anyone looking to rent a property" Considering this was back in 2015, If there was a genuine issue, this person could have submitted a formal complaint at the time or any time since then and of course used the industry Ombudsman. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on this review due to the time since. As with all things in life, there are two sides to every story. On the strength of all the other reviews we have received giving extremely positive feedback, we will have to let you decide whether this is respectful of the truth and an accurate representation of our current service.

GoogleWe started using Edison Ford, then known as the Rented Property Agency, in 1993, when we unexpectedly found we had to rent out a small house, and until next month, when our situation changes, continued to use them. Our son also is both a highly satisfied landlord and a tenant with them. We also use Edison Ford Insurance Brokers. We wanted to employ a small local firm and the decision was a wise one. We have been impressed by their unfailing good advice and their personal touch, professionalism and integrity. They are almost always quick to respond to difficulties. Repairs are carried out at a reasonable price and to a reasonable standard. They are ready to discuss the ins and outs of different approaches to redecoration or the replacement of appliances. What we would like to stress is that they take very seriously their equal duty to landlord and tenant. As landlords we have come to appreciate that. They have been discerning in recommending good tenants to us and, on one occasion, managing the difficulties that one of our tenants found themselves in, to mutual advantage. And in 26 years we have had to leave a property untenanted for a total of less than a month. The usual disclaimer: we offered to recommend Edison Ford; this review is not just written at their suggestion.

FacebookI can't recommend Edison Ford enough. Tanya Burrows, the Sales Manager is incredible and very good at what she does. She sold our property with ease, ensured we had a smooth running from start to finish and was great at communicating and keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. They use a professional photographer for top quality photos!

GoogleWe used Edison Ford as our letting agent for 12+ years and then eventually our contract came to an end when we sold through them too. We moved overseas for work and used the team to find us tenants. Well they were perfect! Kept the place so nice, paid on time, were there for a very long time. Any time there were any little repairs etc needed, the EF team took care of it quickly and at an affordable rate. Now we are are overseas permanently and the EF team sold the house for us too. Great service all round. They literally did everything for us and made living overseas so much easier knowing we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended.

GoogleMe and my partner dealt with Edison Ford as the buyer of a property they were selling. Throughout the process they were very responsive and pushed solicitors on both sides to ensure a swift exchange and completion (around 2 months end to end).
