It was a very wet Easter Monday morning when we met Emily Bygrave, the estate agent who showed me and my parents around a property in Thorpe St Andrew. She was warm and welcoming and happy to answer all of the many questions my dad asked her (he’s a semi-retired estate agent so the questions kept on coming!).She didn’t seem at all phased by this or the fact it was a miserable bank holiday and she was working. We were all left with a very positive impression of the property and Minors and Brady.

We viewed a cottage in a remote part of Suffolk. Hanna showed us round and was marvelous. She was informative, proactive in trying to sell us the features and benefits of the property and was thoroughly professional. She was also very creative with ideas about what could be done to the property. It was a pleasure being shown the property by her.

GoogleWe were looking for accommodation, M&B were advertising, we contacted them, within 48 hours we had viewed the property, the process of agreeing the rental period was started immediately, We were dealt with by Sam Carpenter, who was helpful, with advice and support through out the process. It was a pleasure to work with him. we now have the keys and organizing moving in.. thank you.

GoogleListed my home with Minors and Brady signing up for a higher fee than competitors due to them promising the best customer service. All my viewings I had to do myself, cancelled viewings blaming our availability despite not even knowing about a viewing, buyers wanting to view house but told cannot facilitate. Worst customer experience I've ever had, salesman who promises the world and delivers nothing!
