As first time buyers Minors & Brady were excellent in facilitating our house purchase - special mention to Macey who helped us get to the point of our offer being accepted. Following this we were assigned to Julia from the after sales team who was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process and I’m not sure we would ever have exchanged and completed without her support and constant chasing up of all parties! She really goes above and beyond and we are very grateful for all her efforts.

Finding a rental home is certainly no easy feat, but thanks to this agency, I was able to navigate the process seamlessly. Samuel Carpenter was the agent who handled my tenancy agreement, and he was absolutely helpful, and adept at resolving all my doubts and concerns. It's worth noting that I am Italian, and almost the entire process took place remotely, which makes the experience even more commendable. The is the first time I have used this company, and I researched around before choosing them. I have been very impressed with their exposure and fast capture of a tenant for my property. Samuel Carpenter, the letting agent, was particularly helpful and clear over the details and conditions necessary to rent out my property. This is important as you need clarity for both yourself and a potential tenant. I have been a landlord before and had used other local estate agents, so have some past experience with letting a property. Therefore, I wanted to ensure that I chose an agent who would be both supportive to both parties and ensure that all of the rules and conditions were adhered to protect the tenant and landlord. This was all clearly explained together with the agents service charges. Finally, I checked the main online property pages to view my property and was again impressed with the professional layout and attractive presentation. This was all quickly mounted on to the websites having finalised the arrangements with Sam. Good effort by the team and especially Sam Carpenter and I had a tenant inside the property within 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend them to both relatives and friends.

First time using Minors and Brady, I’m new to the area and I’m always a little hesitant about which agents to approach regarding properties. Saw a lovely cottage on their website, rang them up and was greeted very politely and kindly to a chap called Steven, he booked me in very quickly and with no faffing around which was brilliant. The following day viewed the property with Steven and I was greeted with a warm smile and a nice firm handshake. I have dealt with a few Estate Agents for letting my properties in the past but my recent experience with Minors & Brady Estate & Lettings Agents is the best so far. Samuel Carpenter who is allocated to deal with the process is the most organised and polite estate agent I have ever come across. He guided me through the entire steps and provided all the documentations that are necessary, answering all my queries in a professional and timely manner. Gina Page is a star! As much a star as all 5 in the review! If M&B ever let her go or don't promote her immediately then you as a company are doing something wrong haha. With many challenges linked with my sale (Not the agents fault in any way at all) Gina had gone above and beyond in every way with after sales support! She was available out of hours, probably done more chasing and following up than my actual solicitor and just had really pushed hard to get my sale pushed through. I really wanted to share an extremely positive experience with Minors & Brady... My sale took considerably longer than expected but thankfully Gina Page in their aftersales team was on call. Fantastic empathy shown by Gina and sincere approach in everything she does. I received constant updates throughout the process and prompt replies to emails. Nothing was too much trouble, however impatient and sometimes frustrated I became! Gina would chase everything up and come back to me with an update. Important this level of service is recognised by the team their, as she deserves special recognition for a job well done. Rare to come across this level of service once the sale has been made but I am thankful and would recommend Minors & Brady and in particular the aftercare they provide. Thank you Gina... Minors and Brady, Wroxham were excellent when buying my house through them - Cassandra Creek went out of her way to help when things took a turn for the worse - my buyer suddenly decided to reduce his offer dramatically very late in the process, but Cass managed to go down the chain and renegotiate the price of the property I was buying, which was time consuming and took a lot of work on her part. The sale wouldn't have gone through without her, I would highly recommend her and Minors and Brady.
