Me and my partner have just bought our first home together, we had been lucky enough to find it with beresford adams, we have a rocky road with our solicitors and took a little longer than expected but with the help of the brilliant team in beresford adams especially Liz who was dealing with our case it got resolved as quickly as possible. Also Leanne who took over our case whilst liz was on annual leave. Nathan showed us around two homes one being back in November/ December 2018 and then another in January which he sold to us very well we new from the minute we stoped inside it was for us. Any questions we asked him he new the answer. Very friendly and approachable. Always kept in contact with us and prompt replies to any emails I sent to them. Nothing is ever to big or to small for this great team at beresford adams and they go that extra mile Honest and reliable service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm new to the area and therefore was nervous towards finding a place that I liked- I seen a flat in Ruthin and Louise arranged a same day viewing for me! Straight away I paid the deposit, I was sent an application form etc.. Louise has been amazing and has answered every question I had and has made everything so easy.. A week later I'm about to move in! Louise is a credit to your company :)

What a lovely experience for first home buyers ! (Ignore the reviewer below about Benjamin road as this is the house we had already started paperwork for and they tried to snake us ! ) we originally looked at other houses with another estate agents who didn't take us seriously. We had megan who helped us with everything from viewings to completion and everything in between , any questions we had she was so happy to help us ! She even chased up solicitors for updates as we hadn't heard anything. We used aimee the inhouse mortgage advisor again who was an absolute pleasure. The whole team have been so friendly and comforting in helping us buy our first house and everything we need to do to complete and even after we had keys they've been a call away for anything we needed. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to purchase in wrexham !!!

I thought buying a home was suppose to be exciting but it's far from that with Beresford Adams. I called up to arrange a viewing and they were more bothered about setting a up an appointment with the mortgage advisor first before arranging a viewing of the property. Apparently with Beresford Adams you need to see their mortgage advisor before submitting an offer. Apparently this is your procedure. I declined and sent over my DIP and proof of deposit instead. 24 hours later, missed call hoping it was information regarding my offer so I called back and it was the mortgage advisor trying to get hold of me. I work with estate agents on a daily basis and aware that the staff need to optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments with the branch Mortgage Advisor but the staff are obsessed! I wonder if my offer has even been forwarded to the vendor or are you waiting for someone else to come along who agrees to see your mortgage advisor so you meet your targets? Various friends and family have bought property before and its never been like this. Proof of deposit and DIP is all that is needed. I hope things improve in the next two days otherwise I will be withdrawing my offer and look elsewhere.

House buyers proceed with extreme caution. Wrexham team will inform that an in-branch appointment is required to submit a property offer. On arrival, I was escorted into an office where the in-branch mortgage advisor led an unsolicited interview about my circumstances, then conducted a soft search on my credit file without obtaining my consent. After telling them that I already had a mortgage advisor and DIP, they continued to pressure me into accepting one of their brokered offerings (which I did not). Sales team are manipulative in communication to extort higher offers for their sellers. If you are unfortunate enough to find your dream property listed with Beresford Adams Wrexham, remember: - You are not obliged to have a mortgage appointment in order to submit an offer - You are not obligated to tell this company whether the offer you are submitting is your best & final at the time you submit it - BA is not allowed to perform a soft search on your credit report without your consent. Ensure they ask for it. Currently working towards a formal complaint to FCA over unsolicited mortgage broker appointment & soft search.

Emily has gone above and beyond all expectations, being in a difficult situation she has consistently kept me up to date with the progress of the sale, including securing a buyer within a week of going on the market. Poor agents, they create different kind of rules for every customer, they not calling back about offers, they lie to US about property offers about Benjamin Street property in Wrexham, we were not able to give an offer even when others were not accepted, poor contact and updates.
