Matthew and the team at Lettspay have been brilliant so far, very quick to respond to any queries and can get on the phone extremely fast. After experiencing a terrible time with banks trying to obtain a client money account Lettspay have been a breath of fresh air and would highly recommend to anyone!

I am delighted at the new Lettspay system. It is easy to use and allows us to be more efficient, saving both time and money. Charlotte's initial training was concise and helpful and both Charlotte and the On-boarding team were on hand to help us through our initial teething problems. A big thank-you for their help and support.

Flatfair is great for both tenants and landlords, providing a higher deposit for the landlord and also reducing tenants move in costs. As an agent, I find the process quick and straight forward!

The end of a tenancy is a notoriously thorny period to navigate and it will always be difficult to please everybody. As a letting agent, I have found Collette Naylor from flatfair to be responsive, solution focussed and a pleasure to work with, I would recommend her highly.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad to hear Collette has been so supportive during tenancy ends, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with her. Best wishes, flatfair team

I strongly recommend not to use hunter estate agent and especially agent Anish Skula. He betrayed me while trying to buy property as my first home. He vanished when I spent a lot money for the property buying process and at last he showed tenants issues where the tenants were already left. So never trust this estate again and Mr Anish everyone 🙏🙏

Good alternative to deposit scheme. As long as you keep property in good condition a one off payment is just the job. Moving so expensive so if you can cut down on paying out this can be for you. Obviously if you do not look after property you will liable for damages etc. If you a good tenant it is great as not waiting around for deposit etc. Straightforward process.

Thank you, Wortley team. The house is great. A special thanks goes to Alex for helping me with the initial phase. We took the house via bringing loan, the process was longer than usual. Lesley was of great help with the exchange and completion. The whole team was professional, and I would definitely recommend them and their services.

Polite, professional and prompt. After previous bad experiences it was nice to have an estate agent (Bradley) and a company that were responsive and even initiated communications whenever necessary. Will certainly use Ewe Move again in the future.

Rubbish like any british letting agency. The process is always the same: 1) Advertise an overpriced "ruin" known as room or flat nowadays though edited pictures to make it look better than it is. 2)During the viewing dont forget to lie and conceal important information from the tenant. Remember they dont give a damn about you, they just want your money. 3) After the contract is secured make sure to ask for a couple of months rent in advance as a deposit. Yes people renting nowadays dont want a roof on their head. Deep down they want to vandalize your property. You got us!!! 4) Should any issues arise make sure to take a couple of weeks to reply. In the event that someone insists about a repair in the rented "ruin" make sure to use your super powers! SECTION 21 EVICTION notice. Why? Because you dared to ask for some decency in your "ruin". NOPE. You dont matter my friend. But your pocket does. 5)Make sure to deliver the final blow! Keep the whole deposit by blaming the tenant for everything that is wrong inside the "ruin". After all it your reward for your "hard work". 6) Last step. While the tenant is trying to move out make sure to harass them and stress them as much as possible. Once they are out of the "ruin" re- advertise the "ruin" BUT dont forget to list at least 200£ more expensive. After all the more its "value" increases so do the chances for it to collapse. BRAVO!

When I was looking for a house they were Always late to viewings. I am now a tenant of one of the properties they manage and they are rude and have viewings without notifying us. They’re a rubbish agent with rubbish customer service steer clear. Use turner properties or any other agent.

If you read this and still consider using this company because their other ‘reviews’ are so good, check out the people leaving the 5 star reviews. They’re all written by people who indirectly work for FlatFair itself or by letting agents that use their services. It doesn’t matter how desperate you are, avoid this company at all costs. They will attempt to scam you out of as much money as they possibly can for charges that don’t even make any sense. They have ‘separate’ adjudicators that seem to be completely biased and won’t ever be on the side of the tenants even if there is literal legal evidence backing up the claims being made. We managed to reduce our charge by £200 and they ended up giving us a random amount to pay. Not entirely sure how a charge can go from £288 to £80 without any reasoning behind it - obviously not complaining about having to pay a smaller amount but it just shows how incompetent the company is. Their customer service is genuinely terrible, it’s like they’ll do everything in their power to just completely screw you over and will leave you for weeks on end without responding to your emails or calls. Cannot stress enough how terrible FlatFair and their services are, please avoid! If I get a response from FlatFair saying that what I’ve written is inaccurate (as they have done with previous negative reviews), I feel I have plenty of proof and have been through enough with this company to back up my claims.

Jessica · 31 May 2024

Agent replied · 31 May 2026

Hi Jessica, I'm sorry to hear how you feel about your experience using flatfair. It's important to note that we act as an intermediary to help facilitate agreement between tenants and landlords when end of tenancy charges are raised. The final amount after charges are established is due to the landlord and not flatfair. In this case, negotiations between you and the landlord didn't lead to agreement so the case was sent to an independent adjudicator for a final decision. The law, as well as the evidence presented, was considered by the adjudicator and the final decision was made. This decision was that the charge was legitimate but the amount was reduced from the original charge. The result, as well as a detailed explanation for it, was shared with you and we received a challenge from your co-tenant. After reviewing the challenge, it was clear that it would not impact the original result. We however, as a gesture of goodwill, agreed to a further reduced amount with you to facilitate the closure of the case and I can see that payment has now been made in full so the matter is settled. I acknowledge that during these discussions, there was a delay in reaching out to you and we apologise for this. Given however, that we followed the process that you signed up for (i.e. and independent adjudicator settling the case under circumstances where agreement wasn't reached between parties) and also went above and beyond this by agreeing a further reduced amount with you (which you've somehow attempted to turn into a negative), we are disappointed to receive this review and it's clear that it represents an unfair characterisation of the service we have provided. If any further clarification is needed, please reach out to us via endoftenancy@flatfair.co.uk Best regards, Damola Customer Operations Manager
