Useless! Tried several calls over 2 days to arrange viewings on 3 properties after complaining we were given 1 viewing only to be called back later and told it was under offer. Also 3 months ago my daughter called them for a rental property 5 times and never received a call back

GoogleAlthough we didn't sell our house through them, the whole process of finding a house through to where we are now with completion round the corner has been absolutely faultless. We put across what we would like in a house in a group email to a lot of estate agents - James as Robert Luff (Goring) went above and beyond in contacting us with updates for our sale to even finding us our property that would be just coming onto the market, so we snapped it up first. Jamie at Robert Luff (Goring) has been in constant contact over the past 3 months and has helped nudge the solicitors along and answered any queries. Nothing was a hassle (and if it was, he never let on) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Luff! They have really blown us away with their customer service and attention. GoogleThe deposit barely scratched the money I had to spend on repairs. I am very disappointed that none of the issues were brought to my attention during the last few years despite raising concerns few times. You personally told me that the place just requires a bit of cleaning. In reality I found drawings on the walls, ripped flooring, damaged kitchen units and work surfaces, broken bath panel, broken toilet seat, ruined garden, shady paint works, numerous fixings and holes in the walls, door removed from its hinges, mould and enough grime to give me nightmares. I do not believe that any inspections took place and if they did you have not done what you are paid for.

Excellent communication at all times and they were more than happy to give things & areas a push as my Mother became more worried and anxious about such an enormous change in her life. GoogleRobert Luff have changed my perception of Estate Agents! I haven't always been a great fan of estate agents, because I can't stand all the sales talk and insincerity, HOWEVER, not once did I encounter any of this with these guys. Always there ready to help in any way they can, I can't recommend them enough. I was purchasing a property through them, but I wouldn't hesitate in choosing them, if I were to sell a property also. If only all estate agents were like this and then they wouldn't get such a bad name!

GoogleAfter having a great experience buying through Robert Luff in 2017 there was no question who we would use when the time came to move on. Dave King sold our house quite literally overnight for above asking price and when we found ourselves stuck with our onward purchase with non responsive solicitors, agent and sellers, Jamie and Dom could not have been more helpful getting us to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got there by now without them. My only regret is that as we are moving out of area we won't be able to use Robert Luff in the future! Thanks to all at the Goring Branch for your hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
