From beginning to end Robert Luff were excellent, from locating the property to completion and hitting the stamp duty exemption target (by 3 minutes) Sales progression is a separate entity and means focus on helping you purchase your property is just an email away. Our contact Sue, was amazing. Ending up with a nice welcome pack when we picked up the keys. A joy (never thought I’d say that!

GoogleWhat can I say....Robert Luff should be proud to have each one of these guys working for him at this branch....I’ve dealt with all of these guys on numerous occasions with the main one being a young lad named David King, and each time they have delivered on everything they promise and each time they have exceeded my expectations! I don’t know of any other estate agency that works as hard as they do to ensure their customers/clients are happy. I would say if you are unsure of which estate agent to use when buying or selling always to go Robert Luff, if even they can’t do it then others will certainly struggle.

GoogleMy fiancee and I were first time buyers and purchased our first home with Robert Luff and co. They took note of our wishes and found us exactly what we were after in very quick time while being more attentative than other agents in the area. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, apparently, but the whole process was as smooth as can be thanks to such a great informative team. We can't thank you guys enough and we shall mist definitely be dealing with you again!

GoogleFriendly and Professional From Start To Finish ! Set with the task of selling a property on behalf of my parents it was a challenge to decide who to use as our agent due to the quantity in the area. I'm so glad we narrowed it down to Robert Luff & Co at the Goring Office. The first time we met Jaime we felt he was polite, honest, and professional and with backing of a great team it made it a stress free experience right through to completion. GoogleWe put our house on the market in Jul 2016 with Robert Luff. We accepted an offer in September 2016 but unfortunately this did not complete as the buyer decided not to move after all. David King at Robert Luff worked extremely hard to secure us a number of new viewings which resulted in a number of offers and finally we completed on our sale in May 2017 (None of the delays were attributable to the Estate agents) . I am normally sceptical about Estate Agents but I have to say my experience with Robert Luff was first class. I found them very approachable and quick to react. Special praise should be given to David King as his enthusiasm and commitment was excellent throughout and he really is a credit to Robert Luff and should be recognised as such. Well done!

GoogleI have used Robert Luff, Goring branch to both buy and sell a property. From both experiences I would give 5 starts to them, they were professional, polite and extremely helpful! Even during these strange times they found the time to help me with anything and everything. I have dealt personally with Jamie and Dave from this branch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again!

GoogleWe didn’t actually use Robert Luff to sell our property, they were infact selling the house we were moving into (through the Goring branch). Despite this they were incredibly helpful and treated us as if we were a paying client, no question was ever too much trouble. They were also reassuring through what can be a very stressful time. Most importantly they were honest through the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
