Asked them to visit, value and discuss a sale. They failed to provide what was requested and generally came across as slippery. After telling them I wasn't interested and requesting removal from their database they have continued calling me for years.

GoogleNot great experience so far. Multiple errors, didn't get back to me on several occasions and still haven't got any documents despite prompting. Very disappointed.

GoogleWould rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.

GoogleThey make you feel like contacting them is a burden on their job. Response time is terrible and they are hesitant to commit to anything in writing. Never again will I use their services. Others may have experienced a fantastic service, however, I personally did not. Manager never in when I telephoned. Many lies told, no customer service, even when I raised some on going issues as a complaint. It did not bother anyone that potentially I had lost almost thirty thousand pounds, when too aborted sales came and went, and nobody showed the slightest bit of concern.

Think before you send your passport, driving licence and details of your financial accounts to this lot. I found them very unpleasant and untrustworthy. The manager became aggressive with me when I refused to increase an offer, started shouting at me and then flung the phone down. Very unprofessional.
