we have found the staff to be friendly, proactive and efficacious; always ready to assist, to honour their promises, to help make the move to a new property easier, to fit in with our plans and be flexible enough to be helpful whilst always remaining professional. [more costly than we have been used to but 'you get what you pay for' applies here.]

i have been renting with king and chasemore for a year now and have decided to take a three year tenancy with them, when i need repairs done maria is very quick to sort out my problems, all the staff jessica, paul and maria are very helpful and i am planning to stay with them just maybe move in three years

Had my home valued by Mark Emmett the manager, his knowledge of the market and by apartment block was second to none, very personable, was honest with his opinions and pricing not just trying to flatter me to win the business have since marketed my home with him and continue to be impressed highly recommend

Polite, professional but maybe more importantly, actually did all that they said they would. If only some other Worthing letting agents were half as good ! I'd certainly recommend speaking to Sarah
