Although going through a particularly difficult first time buying process, I cannot fault the team at King and Chasemore for their diligence in continuing to get things finalised for me. Emily and Angel have been the main people who have been keeping me updated throughout, and I am grateful to all the work they have been doing in the background with chasing and pushing things forward. Although I have another mortgage advisor, I did have a couple of appointments with Abdullah, who was very informative and helped me to understand the mortgage process further. Overall, a great team at this branch!

Utter Disappointment

I stopped using King & Chasemore about 10 years ago, my property came up for rent again recently. I gave clear reasons why I stopped using them and they assured me they'd improved greatly, definitely NOT the case, nothing has changed in that time. My experience was impressive while they were chasing me to sign up and completely lacklustre afterwards, I’m completely annoyed with myself for trying them again, I was right in the first place. Complete lack of communication, one market report on the first week, nothing since. I had to chase them for feedback after viewings, said booked viewings that didn’t happen, 3 weeks without so much as a phone call.

An agent came out to carry out a property valuation. After the visit, no valuation was ever sent, and there was no follow-up of any kind. I waited, chased, and eventually emailed a formal complaint about the lack of communication and service.

I would like to share my experience as a customer of King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, I moved to worthing a little over 1 year ago and I remember that at the time I was looking for a rental property, I was new in the country, I was learning the language Anyway, I'm still KKK, but I wanted to find a cozy place to receive my family. That's when my property search saga began, I've been to all the rental companies and for me it was a big disappointment. It was what impressed me the most and to reach this feeling was the bad service, I felt despised and discriminated against, a “cold” service. I entered the MJ agency and asked the realtor to show me a property that had been advertised, I will never forget this episode, he told me he could only show me the property after checking my documents. I wonder if after he checked and i didn't like the property? I am a journalist with expertise in marketing and advertising, I know very well that smart and modern companies bet on a "great" service. Taking you, as a customer, to a unique and magical experience, strengthening bonds and relationships. Mainly in the real estate sector where people are not simply looking for a place to live, but a property to be their home, the comfort of their family. It was then that I met King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, through REBECCA, where at all times, from the first contact she received, she received me very well! In this search I was insecure, scared, confused, hahaha, it was a mixture of feelings, I was looking for a HOME to receive my family that I love so much, my wife, my 2 children, Joaquim, 9, and Joao Vitor, 8. But REBECCA, with its kindness, provided me with security, tranquility, perhaps my client profile at the time was not in accordance with the standards of the company or the lessor, but even so, Rebecca treated me generously and with that she gave me this Wonderful experience with King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing. They are dedicated, reliable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I trust in them and they are very efficient and good at keeping me updated. Special praise for Jessica, she's the lady I have most contact with. What I really appreciate is the amount of time they give to me, I never feel like just another customer, I feel that they actually care about meeting my needs. They take pride in their job and although I'm demanding they are are always supportive. I love their friendly, approachable manner, they remain professional but as a customer I see it as a relationship and I want to feel valued, respected and understood. Worst service EVER

Worst service EVER, and I am still paying a high price for going with King & Chasemore. I have never known such appalling and unethical service such as this. The practices employed here are off the scale. Over two weeks ago, we served notice on King & Chasemore after we found out they had been lying to us for months about the bottom end of the chain (sellers of flat trying to sell a property with cladding that did not meet the new H&S standards). Even after we found this out and served notice immediately on Monday 7th October (upon the advice of our solicitors), we were met with increased resistance from their staff who refused to accept our notice. it took all week, and we had to contact their area manager to finally get this sorted. However, today, we find that our property is still being marketed on rightmove. We have emailed them to ask this be taken down immediately but are met with radio silence. The sheer spitefulness and unethical business practices of this organisation is appalling. The emotional and pyshical toll this has taken on us cannot be put into words and I am disgusted with King & Chasemore since this is still ongoing, (after the notification period). Do not use these jokers under any circumstances, they have the moral compass of a child rapist.
